I am currently staying in Junction City due to power outage in the area and we could only find a room available here. We had a few good runs with them, I doordash so not only did I get orders for myself and family but for when I work. I never went in only drive thru. Food we received was decent typical mcdonald's breakfast and when they closed early I was thankful for their kindness when trying to pick up and order. I went as a doordash driver later on and they had closed, but due to my father being disabled he drives and I do the hard work get in and out and getting orders and leaving them as directed basically for doordash, we pulled up to park in the disability parking so I could take a picture of the closed sign as needed for this issue. My father told the guy who parked in all the spots that its illegal even with the store closed he said "Im the owner, so what are you going to do about it!?!" We know this is illegal due to the fact that I a long time ago while working for landscaping got a ticket in my work truck for parking in the disability parking with the location closed. So yes it is still illegal even if you are the owner, just cause you own the business does NOT make you above the law, we have the video dash cam of the whole thing and will make sure the franchise knows amongst other options of what we can do about it. And from further review of the other issues I see with regards to your many money discrepancies and issues with your customers trying to speak with a manager it sounds like there is a need to speak with the franchise about your ownership of...
Read moreThe restaurant lobby is normally dirty, by that I mean the drink station is never wiped down, the tables and counters are always sticky, there is almost always trash overflowing from the trash cans and the floors are hardly ever clean. The bathrooms seem to be the only thing the staff cares about but unfortunately that is halfheartedly done. Now onto the staff. The staff here are the biggest problem. Most of them have attitudes with customers, like by my ordering a freaking mcdouble is inconveniencing them. The managers add to the issues. They run out of products regularly. From chicken tenders to french fries they've been out of it all. Some of the DEPARTMENT MANAGERS seem to encourage the mistreatment and overall rudeness that's displayed to the general public. This McDonald's is less than 10 minutes from my house and I would rather drive the 25 minutes to another McDonald's then ever visit my local store. That should speak volumes especially since I know that I'm not the only one feeling that way. I hope it gets better, I truly do. That will not happen unless management and the owners pull their heads from their...
Read moreI usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I’m hoping they see this to improve. Every time we go here, the food tastes great, but they ALWAYS forget something or get the order wrong. It’s super frustrating. One time they gave us our full pancake breakfast with the pancakes missing. There was literally an empty circle spot on the tray where they would go with the eggs and other food around that empty circle. Or, they forget condiments, one of our burgers or McMuffins. There’s been a few times where they even gave us someone else’s order. Today we asked for a sausage McMuffin, and it was just the muffin and cheese(it was almost $4 for that too). We used to go here more but stopped going as much because of this. It was our first time going in weeks and of course because we had to be somewhere and didn’t check our order at the window, I was stuck eating a cheese muffin. The food is more fresh and tastes better than most McDonald’s though. Make sure you double check your order...
