Today they rolled out the $2 personal pan pizza deal and it blew up on Facebook, which then the two stores in town were super busy. I ordered three personal pan pizzas and used my rewards for free breadsticks and was quoted 30 minutes, so when I went to pick up, they were slammed and told me it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before they actually got to my food, they explained that the app had crashed earlier and it wasn't giving accurate times.
One of the workers came up to me and was trying to figure out how to issue a refund because I needed to get to my movie that started in 15 minutes at this point, I said hey could I just come back after the movie and pick up our order then and he said that would be wonderful and helped them a lot. I returned after the movie and they were sold out of personal pan pizzas at that point, but they still made us pizza and made everything right with us.
They were very kind during the chaos. They were also very kind and very professional and willing to help me when I returned, and I truly appreciate that. My kids said the pizza was fresh and hot and very good and they were very happy to still get their pizza tonight! Thank you for great...
Read moreWell I ordered a Pizza Sunday night and they seemed very busy, wait time was 45 Min to and 1 Hour. I did not get a knock on the door an 1 Hour and 25 minutes later, so I called. I guess the guy was new or something, he forgot to get my address or any of my info, I figured it was in the system so I didn't think twice when they didn't ask. Well they apologized and by this time I know they were already closing, so they sent the pizza out. Although I do not think it was fresh, I was okay with it because they didn't Charge me.
Well on Tuesday, I still saw the charge on my account so I called to ask the manager when it would be taken off and explained what happened. She told me it may take 3 business days, and I told her if it wasn't taken off, I was really just going to see if I could get 2 more pizzas. Well she said it will probably still be taken off but because of my experience they would send me another 2 pizzas, and the manager even made two great recommendations on some tasty pizzas. That's good customer service. I will make sure to continue giving them my business.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Ordered on line, they said it would be about an hour. Not a big deal, they are probably busy. 30 min after my “delivery time” I called. Michael said the pizza just came out and that it would be about 15ish min and they only had one driver. Ok still not a big deal….one hour later pizza is still not delivered. Call back, he’s on the way. Ok. 30 min later try to call back to cancel the order, I’m on hold for 20 min…..the driver showed up lol. Still on hold I check the food, surprise it’s all stone cold. But hey ordered at 6 and got the food at 9 not too surprised there. What did surprise me though was all that Michael can do for me is give me store credit…….please make it make sense.
