KFC — Restaurant in Junction City

I never review any place. I deal with whatever happens, good or bad. This time was an exceptional experience. First, upon entering, I went to wash my hands. No soap in dispenser, toilet was beyond gross with trash, mostly toilet paper and newspapers, since there was no paper towels what so ever, covering the floor. Asked my wife to please look in the female bathroom and guard the door so I could try to wash up in there. Was able to, but same thing, toilet was destroyed with trash covering the floor. Same thing no paper towels, just toilet paper covering the floor. Funny how the sign going out the doors and on the hallway said workers must wash hands before returning to work. Just had to laugh cause it was no way they were using those two rooms and wash before returning to work. Ordered our food. Went to get drinks. The Pepsi and root bear tabs didn’t have anything other than syrup spraying out. And I mean spraying out. Hand was covered and sticky. So again I had to have the wife guard the door to women's restroom while I washed my hands again. Walked to seating area to wait for our food. Wanted to sit in the bench area. Could not though because there was chicken bones spread out on the table. Not on a plate or a food box, but just laying on the table. Also not just a bone or 2, but lots of bones, at least 8 whole pieces of chicken. When food was ready, I asked for napkins since none of the dispensers had paper towels. Was told there was none to give. I said are you kidding, you have none, was told yep none. Not sorry or anything, just nope. Took the food to the table and then went to my vehicle to get some Kleenex tissue to use while we ate at gross dining area. Next, the food, Wife ordered a 2 piece of original recipe. Got 1 original and 1 spicy. Biscuit was actually flat and still raw dough. Ive just assumed they were supplied to the restaurant with just needing warming. But can’t have been since it was actually raw dough. I ordered a 3 piece strips. The strips had to have been under the warmer since lunch time. We ate at 7 pm. So, so dry and rubbery at the same time. Could only eat less than 1 piece. It was like chewing a pice of meat tasting gum. Mashed potatoes were good. Really enjoyed that with my biscuit. (mine was actually baked and risen). I live in Manhattan and occasionally come to the JC area to see daughter and grandkids. Will never, ever eat at this KFC location again and will restate my experience to whom ever who is intending on eating at that location. Was grossed out from the time we went into the lobby until we left the establishment. Oh yeah, lastly while leaving building an employee who was coming back into the building from delivering someone’s food to their car bumped into my wife and never said anything. I said excuse me to her, and she never looked back. Just totally...

BEWARE! We frequently supported this business which supports their employees wages but now I would never in good conscience or good faith be a patron to this business ever again after the last time we patroned this business. Rebecca the manager needs fired and that's an honest and logical assessment from our horric experience with her which resulted in her screaming, cussing and threatening us because we pointed out they got our order wrong, she wouldn't exchange the c wrong meal for the right meal even with the right meal choosing almost $3 less than what we paid, she wouldn't do anything and made us leave with the wrong food. It was an employee mistake yet we paid for it. They need a screen to show your order in the drive thru to avoid these kind of employee input mistakes, and they need to get their act together and get customers otters CORRECT.

This place is horribly run, gets orders wrong 9 out 10 times we go. They don't do refunds for their obvious mistakes so BEWARE if you get the wrong food... which I'm confident you will, they don't make it right then and there even though they have a sign that says they'll make it right. Every single time we go, they get our order wrong, forget items, one time we ordered 4 Mashed Potatoes w/gravy, we got home to find ONLY gravy in the cup NO Mashed Potatoes, how do you miss 4 Mashed Potatoes?!? Every single time our order is missing something or wrong, it's insane!

The food was good but the service is by far the worst in JC. I do NOT recommend risking your time and money on this awfully managed, owned and operated business. I've heard so many awful stories but nothing changes so they need to just shut down or figure out why their staff can't do their jobs right and steal people's time and money.

So sad to see that our community tries to support this business and in return they treat customers like this even though we're paying their wages.

Jc kfc sucks i have never had a problem with ordering at any other restaurant like i do this place. I worked at kfc for 5 yrs and my mom managed it fir 11 in another town. And jc has gave me grief every time and i left without eating. Update the internet so u can mix buckets with original and crispy. Because they wont let u call in an order they want u to come wait in the dribe thru. Well last time i drove 2o miles in town i got turned out cuz they was busy and they told me they wasnt takin anymore orders. The lady workin always has an attitude like her job is to much to handle. Prepare! Thats what ya do ! U prepare for the rushes! Lord i really hate that place and reallg love chicken. They turned out a $50 order cuz they couldnt jus take it on the phone and ring it up when i came there to pick it up. So sensless! I cant understand it. Its nit rocket science ppl! The big man himself would be ashamed! This is x3 this has happened. Same lady runnin the show everytime. Get a new job cuz u cant handle packin chicken obviously!!! Huffinnand puffin the whole time! So rude! This world has turned ppl lazy!!!! Its jus chicken!! I didnt want to wait in line! Thats why i was callin it in. And ur website dont offer the way I want it. And im not the only one im sure that wants mixed buckets! Dang! No longer s...
