Chan's Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Juneau

This restaurant is so fiddlheading fornicationing delicious I gave it twenty (20) entire stars. 5 of the stars I give to the name, which I feel really tells you all you need to know: that's it's Thai Food, and someone named Chan founded it. Seven of the stars I would give to the food, two because of it being Thai Food just like it said it was, and V of the stars for the flavor being the same quality as other restaurants I have bestowed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Super fast service. Massive, reasonably priced serving. Hours are funky but this place IS open now for lunch and dinner. Pad thai wasn't spectacular. Appreciate lots of peanuts and served with a lime, but color was bright orange. Not sure if there's any tamarind or fish sauce in this, maybe ketchup/tomato?
