Restaurant Review

With 30 years of experience in the culinary field, one would expect impeccable service. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of this expectation.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I ordered one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, along with sides and a beverage. I sat down at my table, prepared to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable dinner. However, to my surprise, the waiter brought my meal packed to go, despite my not having requested such a thing.

This seemed like a subtle way of telling me that I was not welcome to dine there. This attitude might have been motivated by my ethnicity, my attire, or perhaps an erroneous perception that I lacked table manners. Whatever the reason, it was an unacceptable display of prejudice.

I had no choice but to dine in their parking lot, an experience far from the comfort and calm I had anticipated.

I hope that the "30 years of experience" they boast about actually serve to improve their service, rather than perpetuate discriminatory practices.

I speak from my own 20 years of experience in customer service, having worked in five-star restaurants and Michelin-starred establishments. I simply wanted to enjoy my fettuccine at my table, in peace and comfort.

In summary, the experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve.

Con 30 años de experiencia en el ámbito culinario, uno esperaría un servicio impecable. Sin embargo, mi experiencia reciente dejó mucho que desear.

Al llegar al restaurante, pedí uno de los platos más costosos del menú, junto con acompañantes y bebida. Me senté en mi mesa, dispuesto a disfrutar de una cena tranquila y cómoda. Sin embargo, para mi sorpresa, el camarero me trajo la comida empaquetada para llevar, sin que yo hubiera solicitado tal cosa.

Parecía un claro intento de decirme, de manera sutil, que no era bienvenido a cenar allí. Esta actitud podría haber sido motivada por mi etnia, mi forma de vestir, o tal vez una percepción errónea de que no tenía modales en la mesa. Sea cual sea la razón, fue una muestra de prejuicio inaceptable.

Al final, no tuve remedio que cenar en sus parqueaderos, una experiencia lejos de la comodidad y calma que había anticipado.

Espero que esos "30 años de experiencia" de los cuales se jactan realmente sirvan para mejorar el servicio y no para perpetuar prácticas discriminatorias.Hablo desde mi experiencia de más de 20 años en servicio al cliente, habiendo trabajado en restaurantes de cinco estrellas y establecimientos Michelin.

This place is totally disgusting NEVER EAT HERE!!!!!!! I don't care what the other reviews say my son worked here for a little while he quit because the owner is a rude angry and selfish man ive seen how they make the food, dirty hands touching the food sweat falling in the food its repulsive my son would tell me how he would find roaches in the kitchen and how before opening one day he had to clean mold out of the soda dispenser!!!!!! i also saw a phone girl drop change into the sauce bin they use for the pizza ( the sauce bin is close to the front desk where change is placed) and the pizza maker reached in and swirled around until he found the change and STILL USED THE SAUCE!!! UNBELIVEABLE!!!! Angelo’s in Jupiter is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, especially with the live music that truly sets the mood. Jimmy was awesome—his tunes added so much to the experience!

Whether you’re looking for a place to catch a game or just enjoy a great meal, this spot has it all. Tons of TVs showing the latest games, plus drink and appetizer specials from 3-6 PM make it a perfect hangout. The daily lunch specials are a great deal—the half-sub with soup or salad was a perfect choice, with fresh, light bread and flavorful meatballs and meat sauce. And the thin-crust pizza? Filling without being too heavy—just right!

The bartender and fellow patrons made the experience even better—super friendly and great to chat with while enjoying the live music. If you’re looking for a go-to local spot for lunch or dinner, this is the place to be....
