Johnny Mangos Tiki Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jupiter

Food is just ok. Beer is cold. Atmosphere is trying...kinda. Fabulouso is NOT what I want to smell when I walk in! Certainly not what I want to smell wafting from the restrooms into the lobby!!! The place needs a seriously deep spring cleaning! Especially the restrooms, and I can only imagine the back of the house! Also, the cooks cannot make a medium burger. It's always very well done when I order medium. Johnny, if you hire a cook who doesn't believe in eating meat with a little pink, you need to hire a different kind of cook! It's not about the cooks preference, it's about what the customer orders! And when the server or bar tender doesn't check back until I've already resigned myself to eat the overcooked burger, and it's half gone, because I'm on my lunch break, perhaps it's a training issue. I go to Johnny mangos because Duffy's closed. But each time I do I say, "I'm not going back!" Because I'm tired of paying full price for mediocre food and ok service. "Johnny says"- "if they don't like the food, take it off the bill." is not the answer. Make the food the way it's ordered is the expectation of the customer! I'm not making special requests when I order my burger medium. I expect to get a burger that's pink in the middle. Simple! I'm not trying to get a free burger or give the kitchen a second chance to cook it how I ordered it the first time. My lunch break is limited. I don't expect my employer to give me multiple tries to do my job properly. Therefore I don't expect to go to a restaurant on my lunch break and get an overcooked burger (Not once. Not twice. Not even 3 separate times) and have it come out dry and grey throughout, with greasy...

Earlier this month, we had an after work eating get together at Johnny Mangos Tiki Bar & Grill with one of our key Realtors at Echo Fine Properties. We had a great time trying out some of the best menu items at Johnny Mangos. One of our favorites was the ahi tuna salad, which was perfectly seared and served over a bed of mixed greens with a refreshing citrus vinaigrette. The flavors were bold and the tuna was cooked to perfection. Another standout dish was the grilled shrimp and avocado salad, which was served with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and a creamy avocado dressing. The shrimp were juicy and flavorful, and the avocado dressing added a nice creaminess to the dish. Finally, we couldn't resist trying the fried calamari, which was crispy and served with a spicy garlic aioli. The calamari was cooked to perfection and the aioli added a nice kick to the dish. Flew in from New York City just to experience Mangos. What a night. We came in, i got my drinks, queued up some good ol Bobby Shmurda since hes now a free man, and had a great time. Ordered a round of green tea shots, couldve definitely been a bit stronger, but tasted good regardless. On my walk to the bathroom, a girl told me to get her friend Gabby out of the bathroom, so I proceeded to call Gabby’s name, and a man walked out of the stall, asked me and my friend to hold his hand and say Gabby again (we were quite confused). Now if you’re wondering about if I had a great experience or not, just know that I’ve booked two flights 2 weeks in a row on a friday just to come back and experience mangos once more.
