Al Forno Jupiter — Restaurant in Jupiter

The pizza here is good. The problem is they're open till 10:00 p.m. And I understand I walked in late because I was going to order a pizza last minute however, I walked in at 9:41 p.m. I asked if I could still get a pizza and they said "yeah sorry we're closing" and I said oh well I noticed the hours were till 10:00 p.m. She said yeah but we stopped making pizzas at 9: 40 pm. I literally walked in at 9:41. When I mentioned this she said yeah but everybody's ready to go home. Oh I'm sorry that one minute threw you off your marker, so if I had been in one minute earlier.. actually I may have even been in at 9:40 p.m. but they were sitting there talking to each other cursing and only caught themselves when they looked up at me. It's just ridiculous if you close at a certain time or stop making pizzas at a certain time then that should be your hours not what's posted up there. Really just sick of the entitlement of people when they want to close early in Jupiter they just do, and they don't care what the posted hours are because "they want...

UPDATE to my previous post: This is why I rave about Al Forno Pizza! I ordered the Garlic Parmesan Wings, and I offered to pay for extra Parmesan, but they said no, they wanted me to try it again and this time. WOW. Now that's how you do it. That's how you treat customers! that's why I changed my original rating from a 3 PREVIOUS POST: I will let you guys be the judge of this one yourselves. I ordered Garlic Parmesan Wings at around 11:05 am. Delivery was just as they said 45 minutes. That's excellent they're always on point with the delivery. I'm used to seeing the Parmesan all over the chicken, but today it looks like they didn't add the Parmesan. I called them back and they confirmed it wasn't a new chef and he did indeed put Parmesan. I tried Al Forno Pizza for the first time. When I ordered for delivery I even mentioned it was my first time trying thier food. Food arrived on time! I was excited to try a new resturaunt. The pizza looked great, but soggy from the crust down. The eggplant rollitini was overly salted and soggy as well. Called the resturaunt stating I wasn't looking for anything but felt they should know. I was told by the manager she would look into what happened and would call me back. Never heard a word. Not worth a second chance! So disappointing. Food went straight to the garbage!!!

I will say the owner himself called me personally to make things right and I was absolutely delighted with our conversation. Very polite and apologetic. Reversed the charges, very much appreciated and even offered to comp our next order (couldn't let him comp our next order!). We will try again this week.
