This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I am writing this because I'm fed up. I've been to this location several times and there's always something wrong here. There was one morning that I wanted to get coffee here and even though it was almost an hour after the posted opening time the employees were just arriving to open the store, another time when one of the employees was being really rude and combative with another customer and I was so uncomfortable that I left without ordering and lastly there have been four other instances including today where my drink order was incorrect. Today the staff attempted to make it many times but after the third attempt I left. I'm not ordering anything crazy and I always get the same thing: a grande red eye with veranda coffee and lots of room. There were at least three other customers that were also given incorrect orders just in the time I was in the store (about 20 minutes) I get that Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer, however the two old biddies; the blonde with the wild lip liner and the brunette who can't remember anything not written out in detail NEED TO BE PUT ON A DIFFERENT SHIFT OTHER THAN WEEKDAY MORNINGS. Also, while waiting for my mobile order, I asked Kiki for an ice water (cannot order water via mobile app). The time that it took for her to ring it through the register was more work and time for both of us. Past experience ALWAYS resulted in the one that was asked was the same one to get me a grande water. Today when I ordered a caramel Frappuccino the girl making my drink screwed her face up and the other girl behind the counter told me that they were the most annoying drink to have to make.
