Edgar the manager was polite enough to give me his name (volunteered it) after I asked him about corporate # We came in so happy 😊 My daughter, granddaughter and I , I'm not familiar with BK menu and was trying to figure how to order for my Grandbaby, Edgar was Cold and very rude, nowhere near welcoming AT ALL. He treated my family and I as if we threatened him or something, I was very confused at what had just happened. Mind you there was no one else in line to order and only 1 older couple with a child in play area, no cars in drive through. Read morePay attention to the prices on the menu and what they are charging you!! They over charged us 3$. For the sandwich by its self they charged us 2$ more and for the meal 1$ more. They will not refund your money in person. Now dealing with corporate to get this resolved. Ya it's only 3$, but how many people are they doing this to? They offered us a discount on the next meal but this was the 1st time we ate at burger King in over 2 years. We only came to try out the new patty melts and it tasted like a whopper without the fixings...not good. So I know we won't back for years...
