Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

Had a bad experience today with Taco Bell. I usually go there once a week and maybe have a problem or two, like they forget napkins, forts and maybe once in awhile a side of Salsa. But today was very upsetting. They forgot my salsa and I ordered Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme and they came without the box it goes around. It took them 15 minutes from the time I ordered tell the time I got my food. They must have made the tacos first because by time I got my food and sat down the tacos were so soggy they fell apart and I couldn't eat them. I ordered and paid for extra cheese for my Taco and didn't get it. I went through the drive thru, so I didn't find that out until after I got home, and the guy at the window shoved my order out of the window at me and didn't even say thank you. For the amount of money, they are getting paid in California at least is horrible customer service. Actually, anywhere, that's horrible customer service. This wasn't at a peak time either. I used to like this place. Now they mess up the orders literally every single time. Skip this place and go to McDonald's or burger king in the same parking lot. They don't forget to put half your order in the bag. Incompetence. How hard is it to check and order and put it in a bag. It's not freaking rocket science. How do you mess up orders every single time. A broken clock is right twice a day which is 2 more times than this store gets an order right. The food isn't even all that great.
