My husband i went for the first time tonight to try the new place out. When we walked in we were greeted with a dry and rude " We will be right with you." From a guy working drive thru. Now we understand fast food places can get busy, however there was no one in the restaurant. We stood there waiting to be helped for 10 minutes and no one ever came up to help us. The guy in drive thru knowing we were waiting never told us if someone else was coming to help us or if he was going to take our order when he had a second. He continued to ignore us the entire time. After waiting longer then we should have we ended up leaving with no service. This is a horrible way to start off a new restaurant. The owner of this chain needs to revisit their customer service people, if this continues they will lose alot of money due to poor customer service. They need to start with the rude guy...
Read moreI feel cheated. I paid on the app for a delivery order and the app states the order couldn’t be placed but my bank still got charged. (It’s been 3 weeks now, it’s not pending but has gone thru) I tried calling the store but they never answer. It’s was only $17-20 so I didn’t even bother calling corporate, not worth the headache.
