The world's best donuts!!! I've ruined lives with these, there is no going back to Dunkin or Krispy once you've had this bliss. I look at other's donuts with ridicule and disgust. No literally, ex's, friends down south, co workers all say the same thing. DAMN THESE ARE GOOD! Someone even started calling them to ship them a couple of dozen, which is stupid expensive but so worth it if you don't live or travel here. I fly/drive some home to share every now and then IF you're lucky. The last batch got a little abused on my last trip, hence the ugly picture. My personal favorites are the snickers and Reese's, plus the apple fritters slap hard. You're risking life and limb if you take my Reese's without permission. But they have so many excellent flavors, you can't help but to fall in love with something. They have scores of other goodies to choose from and obviously coffee and other beverages. I miss when they were open 24/7. Nothing like a warm donut after a nite out. It's a local chain, but this location is where my donuts come from.

Our visit to Sweetwater's Donut Mill in Kalamazoo left us in donut heaven. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a mouthwatering display of massive fritters, twists, muffins, and an array of delightful donuts. We couldn't resist and ended up with over a dozen donuts to try. Each one was a unique, flavor-packed delight. The staff was not only super friendly but also remarkably patient, especially given our substantial order. It's safe to say that this is one of the best donut shops I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The donuts were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and some, like the fritters, transported me back to the days of old-fashioned, handcrafted donuts. A truly fantastic treat for any donut enthusiast!

This place is completely unmatched. I used to live in Kzoo and then moved to Grand Rapids. It’s literally THEE ONLY thing/place I regret leaving behind. THE customer service is also amazing. We did Sweetwater donuts instead of the traditional cake for our wedding. Instead of paying over a $1000 for cake , we bought a small cake to cut (which was $50 itself) from a local place, and then donuts for the guests. The cake was good but I ate a quarter of a piece and then demolished a donut(or 2) the rest of the night. We got so many compliments and people asking where we got them! Thank you so much for your customer service and blessing us with your amazing donuts. Please consider opening a location (or 5) in Grand Rapids.

From the moment I stepped into Sweetwater's, the aroma of freshly baked doughnuts enveloped me, promising an unforgettable experience. As a connoisseur of fine pastries, I've savored delicacies across continents, yet Sweetwater's stands unparalleled.

The variety is staggering - each doughnut is a masterpiece, a perfect blend of texture and flavor. The Cannoli Doughnut is a revolutionary creation, a fusion of traditional and modern that tantalizes the taste buds. The Chocolate Mint Doughnut is an exquisite balance of rich chocolate and refreshing mint, a symphony of flavors.

But Sweetwater's isn't just about doughnuts. It's about the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who greet every customer with genuine smiles and make you feel like family. Their efficiency and dedication, even during the busiest hours, are commendable.

During a visit with my grandkids, their faces lit up with joy as they were gifted 'Lenny the Leprechaun' during a Saint Patrick's Day celebration. Such gestures transform a simple visit into a cherished memory, making Sweetwater's a tradition in our family.

Furthermore, Sweetwater's commitment to the community is evident. Suggestions for new locations are met with enthusiasm, showing their dedication to spreading joy through their culinary delights.

To the management and staff at Sweetwater's, thank you for not just serving doughnuts, but for crafting experiences that linger long after the last crumb has been savored. You've set a benchmark not just in quality but in customer service, making each visit a delightful journey.

In conclusion, Sweetwater's is not just a doughnut shop; it's a destination for happiness, a place where every bite is a celebration of the finer...

I will gave this rating because the donuts are good but the staff is horrible. We have gone to this location since 2010 and have never been treated in the manner that we were treated today. We just walked out of the building and I could not wait to write this review. I purchased a dozen donut holes, several other donuts and cider. The boy in the pink shirt stuffed all of the donuts in the smallest paper bag that he could find (not taking allergies, the desired taste, or smashing all the donuts into consideration). When I asked for separate bags I received attitude. Almost every staff member had their phone out laughing and giggling about god knows what. The store is out of everything, they actually had to turn several customers away in a matter of 3 minutes that I was there because they couldn't make the most popular donuts. Staff had no clue what filling was inside of the donuts. They had to open it and lick it right in front of me. We love the donuts but customer service is very important to me. Last but not least the gloves is my biggest concern. Do not open my bag and slide your hand inside of it without a glove. The staff touched their hair, rubbed their face and then grab a bag stuck their hand in to open it. Each member walked around with one glove on the hand that they use to pick up the donuts (must be able to keep the phone in the ungloved hand). It was a terrible experience and we will not go back. Sad that I must say the girl, boy or guy...where are...

EDIT: changing from 1 star to 4 because they did come through and its still the best doughnut place to exist. They had free delivery to our venue. Our order came out perfectly with exactly what we had wanted in the colors we wanted. I am still pretty miffed that we had to go through the ordeal at all especially whenever I see massive orders sitting on their counter like we were SUPPOSED to see on the morning of our wedding. Why they totally did not make our order on time is beyond me but they did come through and the day was perfect.

We made in order for our wedding 2 weeks in advance and they were supposed to be ready at 6:00 in the morning on the day of the wedding. We got there at 9:00 to pick our order up and they were not done, not packed, and had not even been made. When we asked for a refund we were given $20 in gift cards and were told they would be delivered to the venue. This was a massive order of 150 doughnuts and they apparently did not care because everyone had admitted to seeing the slips and not filling them out. I'm pretty livid to...
