My husband and I came there three years ago on Valentineās Day. I liked a 2018 Chevrolet suburban. For $45,000 It had 75,000 miles on it according to them. They told me it was still. under warranty. Within the first 30 days of it off the lot. I knew it had transmission problems. I took it back to them. They kept it for a day called me and told me to come get it and that the transmission was fine. two weeks later, I took it back to them telling them it was clunking going into drive and reverse. They kept it for two days called me and told me to come get it. It was fine. Two months after financing it, the transmission went completely out at a stoplight. I had to have it towed back to the dealership and when I came into the repair shop, I asked which dumbass said there was nothing wrong with the transmission? Tell him to get in it and drive it around the block and let me know how far he gets on the back of that tow truck. At that point, I shouldāve lemon law The Suburban. They ended up putting another transmission in it and here I am a year and a half later and the transmission went out again. Now I donāt know about you but for something only being off that lot for a little over three years it shouldnāt have two transmissions to be put in it and I might also add that Iām paying $675 a month for this truck They knew that the truck had transmission issues from the manufacturer and sold it anyway Iām about to leave it on the side of the road and Iām not making any more payments. They told me that the second warranty expired three weeks ago For $45,000 I shouldnāt have to drop two transmissions in a suburban in a three year period So be very wise when you go there donāt fall for the lies Theyāre shady, Shiesty, and downright a bunch of dumbasses! My name is Michele Lawson. I donāt need to be anonymous. I want them to know who I am because my next step is...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePurchased a ford raptor from here recently. Paid top dollar for it as it was presented as super clean, immaculate condition. It appeared to be very clean the day I bought the truck. 3 weeks after I bought the truck I got itās first car wash and as soon as I got out I noticed a bunch of rust on the cab corner to the point where it was cracked. The car wash must have blew off whatever was covering up the rust. I called and texted John the salesman and he did not seem to care. He told me there was nothing they could do. I called back and asked for a manager and talked to Cory. He said they would pay for it to get fixed. I got several quotes. Tried to call Cory back multiple times and left multiple messages for 2 weeks with no returned calls. I called Chip and he said he would make sure Cory would call me back. After speaking to chip I finally got a call back from Cory and he said the most he could do is give me $750, which doesnāt even cover the cost of the repair. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the $750. I never would have purchased the vehicle if I knew the rust was there. Terrible overall experience. Definitely wouldnāt...
