I was with my fiancé today, 9/3/23 when he placed an order on the app for just a double stack, around 10:25am. The app allowed him to place the order so he thought he wouldn’t have issues. When we arrived to the speaker/window it was 10:28 and they didn’t say anything about the lunch time being an issue, but they did pull us forward even though there were no customers in line behind us. We waited 10 mins, after we watched two vehicles go through the drive-thru no problem, he went to go inside but both doors were locked. We went back through the drive-thru and he very frustratingly said to worker at the speaker “I’m still waiting on my food from 10 mins ago.” We wait another 5 or so minutes for the two cars ahead to get their orders and when we get to the window the woman had the audacity to say “You were the one yelling!?” And before he could respond the lady started yelling “Lunch starts at 10:30, you needed to wait!!” He yelled back that the app allowed him to place the order and she slammed the window in his face and he yelled back saying it’s not his problem, learn to do your job. And he’s right, learn to do your job: don’t blame the customers and claim they were yelling when they weren’t. Quit your job before you get fired, treating customers like that. Every time we come to this location (even doing pickup for UberEats orders for other customers) messes up our food but this is a first for the bad attitude. 7:45 a.m., get parked, remove 4 year old from carseat, walk to door, door is locked, wave to employee, employee shakes head no, pack kid back up and go to McDonald's.
