Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kansas City

▶At 4:35p today, Mon 6/10...I ordered a SPICY BREAST & 1 order of (3) Honey Biscuits...young Hispanic male took our orders at drive thru...but a young Black Female was at the window...she gave us our 1st order..3 for $3 & said, "Have a nice day!"...Then we told her, we have 2 orders! When she handed me my order, I checked & my order was correct, yet my chicken breast looked like an original...so I politely asked her 3x's ...is this a 'Spicy Breast??"....Finally, after repeating my question 3x's, she replied, "Yes, it's Spicy!"...I asked, "Are you sure?" ...Then, the young Hispanic male, said...Yes, it's a Spicy Breast!" Well, I just finished eating & that was NOT a "Spicy Breast!" I know what spicy chicken from Church's taste like bc I eat it alot!! Also, EVERYONE IN THIS HOUSEHOLD EATS AT THIS LOCATION, REGULARLY(6-7 times a week) & WE SPEND ALOT OF 💸💰 at 12th & Prospect location..as WELL!💯💯💯💯 I called📱...they were closed, so I left a voice mail message explaining the above, gave my 1st name, mobile # & requested the Mgr or Asst Mgr...to please return my call tomorrow, Tues 6/11📲 😍I Love Me some Church's Chicken & this rarely happens, so I need them to make this right! A 🆓 coupon...etc. 💯 😌Sincerely. . . a long time Church's fan!...

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! staff has VERY poor customer service. The older black woman with harriet tubman/Ms. Celie cornrows was out of this world disrespectful. I have never been treated and met with such blantant disrespect and negativity. I ordered my daughter and I some food in the drive thru. Got home and my daughter didnt have her bombers. We drove back to the location and Ms. Celie says "I put those bombers in the bag myself" said with MUCH attitude and eye rolling. I reply "so basically what you're saying is that Im lying?" Her reply was astonishing! She responds with "yes thats exactly what Im saying" from there of course things got heated. As a citizen of this community I can say when businesses hire people with trashy hoodrat character it further depreciates the value and reputation of the area. There are people in this community such as myself that work everyday. We ALL have good and bad days but the key is to continue your day with professionalism and some positivity. To be treated this way right here in my own community by a hoodrat whose entire financial life is dependant upon the paying customers of this neighborhood is...

Do not eat this food. I went to this place and ordered a two-piece meal they gave me the wrong food I ordered through the drive-thru so I had to go back to the place because they gave me the wrong food. No problem things like this happen all the time no big deal when I explained to the cashier that I was given the wrong food. She asked me politely what was my order supposed to be. I told the young lady what it was supposed to be. What happened next is what got me. Now most of the time when you go to a restaurant and they mess up on your order they either a. take the food back and trash it or b. Tell you to keep it and remake your order.

Well this young lady took the food back over the counter took the food out of the bag and placed it with the rest of the of the chicken that was being sold. Once I seen the young lady do that I no longer want a Church's Chicken at all this was wrong on so many levels first off this was cross-contamination I just couldn't believe my eyes stop eating Church's...
