I walked in, wasn't greeted or acknowledged, and walked up to the counter and told them I was looking for a [USBC]charger [with a USB port], really didn't know the names of them at the time- but I showed the sales associate the device that needed to be charged [an iPad]. He handed me one USBC charger that didn't have a USB port at the other end so I asked for the correct size and he sold one to me;

IT DID NOT FIT OR WORK! So, now I gotta lug myself back here to return this- I refuse to waste my money!

Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in my first interaction at this business- was looking forward to supporting small, local businesses- but won't be coming back for a charger ever again.

I had a horrible experience with Janecia Davis, who sells phones at the Nashville, NC Walmart under the company Premium Wireless Pro. I purchased a phone, and everything was supposed to be set up, but it wasn’t. She advised me to call US Cellular to set up a plan so I wouldn’t lose service. I called five to six times, but they stated they couldn’t access the account without a PIN.

When I called Janecia back, she basically said, “Oh well”—claiming that it usually works for other customers.

Good customer service, I do want to say What u pay IS what you get. They fixed my phone fast HOWEVER now when I call people, They can hear the videos I'm watching because my mic is picking up on my speaker. And my up volume button does NOT work and my bottom one works half of the time. Neither of these things were issues previously.

Honestly spend the $50 more and get it fixed right unless ur down BAD.
