Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kansas City

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Scheduled a 1:15 pm pizza delivery for my son's birthday party on 12-18. At 1:30 pm and no pizzas I attempted to call but was on hold for 15 min and never got to speak to anyone. I ended up driving to the store only to find the employee outside smoking. I asked where my pizza were and that they should have been delivered 30 mins ago. She said they were with the driver and there was nothing she could do. The whole time phones were ringing off the hook and explained that I had called before coming to the store. I asked about the phones ringing and she replied "I don't answer the phones, I'm tired." I asked for a refund and she gave me a receipt refund with another person's name on it. I told her that is wasn't me and she refunded the wrong order. The employee went back outside to smoke while my brother waited inside listening to the phones ring. I went outside to ask if I was going to get my refund. She said sure while continuing to smoke her cigarette. After about ten minutes she came back inside and went to the back of the store and got on the phone. After about another ten minutes she gave me my refund. When my brother and I left the store she locked the doors behind us. My son and his friends never got their pizza for his party. We asked for the store number and she told us and also asked if we wanted corporates number also. Worst experience ever, avoid this store...

Whoever answers the phone (he’s a dude) is rude for absolutely no reason. I ordered off DoorDash. So I thought a dasher would get my order nope a driver from the store. Ok cool so for some reason it takes him alllll the way the wrong way which is totally fine I get it but when l call the store the dude is cutting me off while im trying to tell him he’s said I give the wrong addy when all my other door dash deliveries are just fine! So I get ahold of the driver he’s super nice I offered to give him my addy while we were otp he said no it’s ok it had him headed in the right direction I said ok we got off the phone. Almost immediately after getting off the phone DoorDash says my order had been delivered but he had JUST said he was otw to me so I give it a few mins and call the store one more time super politely was like hey just wanna know if they’re still otw since DoorDash says it was delivered and he’s not answering he’s cutting me off saying “LIKE IS SAID he’s driving he’s coming idk” i said why are u being rude to which his tone softened but he was still not letting me speak at all and now I’m almost positive I will not get my food bc it was one pizza ordered over a hr ago with a tip. This is actually the only Dominos I’ve ever been to where I’ve been disappointed in the service. My order was very late, which is kind of to be expected because it seems to be a very busy location. That’s actually not why am complaining. I’m complaining because one of the people working there had the absolute worst food hygiene I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.

The man in question handled a number of boxes in the back, and never washed his hands after returning to prepare food. He also wore gloves, like regular cold-weather wool gloves, while handling the food. God knows when, or even if, he’s ever washed those gloves, but I would guarantee that the health department would have something to say about them. He was also picking his nose at one point, and then handling peoples food. And to top it all off, he was vaping CBD or weed while working in the restaurant, and at one point in time actually dropped some of his own saliva into one of the customer’s food by mistake. This all happened in the same visit on December 11, 2022 at approximately 7 PM. If I was this person’s manager, I would fire them immediately before they get someone sick.

The only reason I left two stars instead of one is that three of the girls working at this location were really kicking butt during an extremely busy. And they should be...
