Very good food & snacks but their services need to get a bit better, especially with how many people they have going there. They need a better ordering system & not just have one person taking orders. I placed an order over the phone , she repeated everything back to me to confirm it but when i got to the place they tried to charge me $70. They messed up my order , they added 2 burritos on when i never ordered them. i ordered 2 gorditas de asada , she said she only got 1 on the order & when i tried to add on another one she said ‘they won’t make it for you because it’s to late & we have other orders’ which is crazy because i originally ordered 2 but whatever but when i got home i had no gorditas. they gave me the burritos since they already made them but they really need to update there order taking system & better...

Came for the viral Dubai strawberry chocolate cups from TikTok and left disappointed.

We waited almost an hour in line and paid $14 after tax for each cup, which would’ve been fine if the dessert had been authentic. Instead of true kataifi, they used a slight dusting graham crackers on the top. Everything else tasted fine but the experience wasn’t the same without the crispy texture. The worst part was that when we mentioned it, a worker overheard and insisted it was real kataifi—just crushed. It definitely wasn’t. It would’ve been better if they had just been transparent about it.

In the beginning I liked it. But now? I don’t. I bought ice cream from here but something was off so I called and returned the items back. I requested a refund, They said it was okay. I wanted FOR 2 weeks FOR MY REFUND and I’m still waiting. I called them to complained about it and they just IGNORED ME. Their customer service is terrible. If I do not like the product then I’m obviously not going to eat it. When I returned the ice cream, I gave them my name and all the information they “ requested “ and I still haven’t gotten my money.
