I am usually very forgiving because I used to work in the food industry but I have yet to have a good experience at this particular Jimmy John’s after several years of living here. Something I have noticed is that most if not all of the employees of this branch are very young, and the quality of the food and service is detrimentally lower than any other Jimmy John’s establishment I have attended. I have submitted multiple complaints regarding this is particular branch because I feel like they are not doing the company justice. I used to go to Jimmy John’s all the time and the only reason I still come by this one is because it’s the closest one to me. They really need to get this branch under control or I fear it will go out of business because the business service and quality are so poor. Read moreI picked these sandwiches up. When I got home I gave my wife her sandwich, a #13 Jimmy Cubano, toasted and cut in half, as the receipt states. It was not cut in half. While I was doing other things she ate hers. She said she was disappointed with a $9 sandwich being so slim with only one slice of ham and just one thin strip of bacon. She showed it to me and I agreed. When I got to opening mine - #2 Big John with extra roast beef and added horseradish - I found a soupy mess of too much mayonnaise and a scattering of super-slim slices of roast beef. It feels like we paid a lot for a couple of pieces of bread with some accompaniments. We have previously enjoyed Jimmy John's sandwiches with a satisfying amount of ingredients. This was amazingly disappointing. I hope that this was a one-time error at store #1314. It is very likely that we will give more consideration to Jimmy John's competitors in the future. Read moreWorst experience ever. The staff made the wrong sandwich and once we realized it we went back to the store and asked them to remake it. The guy at the window started to remake it and was friendly and then the “manager” stepped in and started arguing with us and being rude and condescending. She actually told the staff to stop remaking and went and got a menu to try prove that we were incorrect. After being treated so rudely we asked for a refund instead. She continued to be rude and we asked to speak to a manager. That’s when she said she was the manager and she wouldn’t give her name. We addressed that she was being condescending and she started laughing at us and said she knows she can be condescending and rude…what’s wrong with that? She can’t help it.
