I totally understand that this is fast food. I even understand that there are times where it's busy and the drive thru is timed, I know when I was younger working at Burger King we had a clock for each car. However, it doesn't mean that a customer should be treated less than. We ordered our food with ease. The wait was bit long but nothing to really talk about. Once we got our drinks, my partner realized that the medium drink was smaller than she thought and wanted to take the next size up and pay the difference. The attendant at the window looked annoyed that we asked and rudely said that she has a line and we need to go to the stall to do that. I was confused as we were in the drive thru and it would take a sec to fill a cup with pop. We didn't want change back just the bigger size. How difficult would it have been to either simply fox the drink or just day I am sorry about that would you pull up and I'll have that out for you. We decided with that interaction we would just leave. Once back home which is all but 5 mins away we dig into our food. We had asked for extra ketchup but only received 4 packets. The tots were cold and a bit hard, the sandwiches weren't properly put together or wrapped. When I opened my sandwich wrapper, the tomato and lettuce practically fell to the table. It was a gross experience and isn't the first one we have had. Unfortunately we will not make this our stop when craving a burger and tots or drinks.
Again I get out it can be hectic and we always approach food service workers with respect. Because how many videos do we see daily of people yelling and screaming at...

The friendly young man who took my order and money gave me a sealed shake with a spoon (I had asked for that as well as the straw) but forgot to give me the straw and a napkin so I asked for those items and he happily did. It is my fault (I guess) that it didn't dawn on me that it looked different. I usually go to the Sonic near my home on N. Oak and 72nd. Anyway, I did not get the dome lid that has the whipped cream and a cherry along with the shake. There was only a flat lid and when I took it off I noticed that the shake level was almost 1" below the top. So, I didn't get whipped cream, a cherry or a full small container of shake. I called the store and calmly asked about that. I gal that answered the phone Sunday, Nov. 10th at 3:01pm said that they don't give you whipped cream and a cherry unless you tell the order taker. The order taker does not ask if you want those things. I explained that I always get that at the other Sonic I go to and she said that each location has the choice of giving that or not. Then I brought up that the cup wasn't filled to the top with the shake and she told me she only has to fill it to the top line which is almost 1" below the top of the cup. Lesson learned. I will not be going back to this particular Sonic. $3.52 for a small chocolate shake with no whipped cream, no cherry and not filled closer to the top of the cup. Go to the one at N....

Samantha the manager who was working this morning 12/30 could care less that her employe taking orders at the drive through was disrespectful and could care less about taking orders. We waited in a stal for 10min after somebody told us to hold on a min. Granted the system was down, so we went through the drive through. We come to the window to order and a girl ask what we would like, while trying to order our food sheās laughing and talking to her friend and then ask us what we wanted again. She did this 3 times before we actually got to order. Then I decided to call into the store and talked to Samantha, who didnāt care at all as to what was going on and just said sorry my system was down. I get technical issues but laughing and talking to your friend on an open mic, asking me 3 times what I want is very unprofessional and terrible customer service!samnatha then to fix the problem says sorry I donāt know what to do.
