Oriental Express — Restaurant in Kansas City

My mother in law in town visiting and we went in tonight to get food she ordered the moo shoo triple delight substituted the shrimp for pork. I got cashew chicken and fried rice total came to 18.45 she didn't have change asked the white guy with glasses if he could break a 100 dollar bill, he said sure can. We was talking about my little oriental lady and where was she and she was out of town seeing her daughter for Easter. Then was talking about it getting ready to snow and my mother in law heading home in morning she lives in Iowa. He never counted back money just handed money to her. We stepped outside to have a cigarette while waiting on food and she was double checking her money and realized he gave her 61 and change not 81 and some change and when we went back in to say something they argued and said they know they gave her 81 back she showed them and still they argued and I left my information said if your drawer comes up 20 over you owe me. Chinese guy through my info on counter and they was hiding behind fridge talking about us and laughing. Bet when I return tomorrow they will say they wasn't short because they probably pocketed it. I'm a regular n will not be back if money isn't returned I don't deal with thieves or eat from a place that rips people off and acts like we wee the ones trying to get over...

I just had the craziest encounter with the person answering the phone here!! She got irritated because I had to get my card out of my purse to pay her for a delivery order. I read off the card number and she didn't respond - so I wait for her. She comes back to the phone and fusses me out for taking too long to get my card because - in her words - she had 10 customers there and didn't have time to wait on me!! My department at work gets delivery from them ALL THE TIME. So I told her I should get my food free for how she just treated me and she starts loud talking and over talking me again to where I could not get a word in. I finally hung up - and she called me back and said, "So, do you want this order?" I told her I don't want an order from her ever again!! So beware - crazy person works here!!! I give it NO stars!!!!!! Had to give it one star to post...

I have never had a worse experience with a Chinese delivery place than this. I called and placed an order at 6:58. I waited for an hour with no food. I called them back to find out that, oh, they forgot to actually put the order in. It'll be about 20 minutes. But, they will send some free food. 35 minutes later, my food arrives. The delivery driver tells me the total for me to pay. Problem, I paid over the phone with my card. He had to write down my credit card number. The food is mediocre.
