Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Kansas City

I went there yesterday. I had walked up there at night to pick up some dinner for myself and my son. Just got done running errands and wanted to pick something up real quick before I got home. I arrived there at 7:55pm, pulled on the doors to find out they were locked. I can see employees inside and there's one playing with her phone. When I kinda ask what's going on through the glass, she tells me the lobby is closed. I'm standing at the door, and to my left is a sign stating that their lobby hours are 10pm to 9pm. Again, I stress, it's 7:55pm. I could understand if it was 8:55pm. Sure. But not seven. I point this out to her and I can kinda make out her saying something to the other employee with her. She tells me to go through the drive through. I'm walking, with my son in his stroller, and she tells me to go through the drive through. When I ask for a number to call the manager, she pretends like she can't hear me. Same goes for when I ask her her name....

Terrible service. Every taco was crushed and shattered. Despite it being 11:30 AM on a Sunday, two hours past opening time, the doors were locked and when I asked in the drive through they lied and said it was “opening soon”, but I spent another half hour eating in the parking lot (scooping up chunks of taco meat with my bare fingers, making a huge mess in my car) and saw two more cars pull up to find the doors still locked.

Additionally, they quoted me a price more than $7 above what it should have been until I asked to know what cost so much, and they charged me for a donation when I told them not to.

Apart from the crushed tacos, the food tasted pretty good, but the service was bad. Whoever owns this place needs to train the employees and make sure they’re actually doing their jobs instead of leaving the doors locked and turning away customers during prime business hours. I won’t be back until I see other reviews reflecting...

The worst fast food place ever. Just bought a beef grilled stuffed burrito and it had about 1/10 filled with meat and I bought nacho bell grande, no meat either. Before that I bought another burrito, it was burned. Went back to exchange it and I got into an argument with the girl because she said my food wasn't burned. Another time I went to buy some grilled chicken ( it's a taco bell and KFC in one) she told me they were out of grilled chicken. I had to go to another KFC & Taco bell up on 36th and state ave to get food. That other KFC/Taco bell were out to but the lady was more than happy to grill some up for me. Time after time nothing but bad experiences there. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but I want to just save people the headache from going...
