Avoid coming here if you want any sort of modifications to your meal, no matter how simple they are. You are likely not to get what you ordered.
I am not usually one to complain about restaurants, especially fast food, since I worked in the food industry for years. But literally every single time I come here my order is wrong. I am typically one to give places the benefit of the doubt several times as I know it can be stressful. However I think I'm done with this location.
No matter how many times I repeat myself, no matter what I do to change my language to help the person taking my order... it still comes out wrong. Sometimes I even think the order taker just pushes random buttons, because that would make more sense than any other reason why every item I receive is consistently wrong.
I'm convinced no one here knows their menu either. They act like the meal number I say is a foreign concept...and even if its dead silent outside I'm not sure their microphone outside for the customer works because they can never hear me, even if I'm basically yelling. Either that or their headsets need to be replaced.
Example of how a typical encounter at this location will go for me: "Welcome to Wendys, go ahead with your order." "I would like a number 13 please" "... A what? " a little slower and louder "A number thirteen." "One more time? "A... Number... 13... One-three. Thirteen." "Sorry.... which one?" "Number 13, Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. Number 13.......... Homestyle, please and thank you." "Ok.. what size?" "Medium please, and could I have no tomato on the sandwich?" "Medium... What to drink? " "I'll have a Dr. Pepper. Did you get no tomato on my sandwich?" "Dr. Pepper, ok anything else?" everything on the screen comes up wrong except the Dr. Pepper "Yes... No tomato... On the sandwich... Please." I notice the sandwich is still 'spicy' "And could I please have the sandwich homestyle?" "You said no sauce?" "No... Uh, Home. Style. The chicken on the sandwich, I would like it homestyle."
... about a minute of silence....
.... 'no sauce' appears on the screen..
"No, wait- I.... Sorry, I don't think you're hearing me correctly. I still want the ranch sauce on the sandwich please. I just want my chicken home style... You know, not spicy?" "Ohh okay home style." "Yes, please and thank you I appreciate it." "Okay will that be all?" "Yes, that's it." "Pull around to the second window" "Okay thank you."
... A few minutes later of 3 different people coming to the window asking me the same questions again as if what I ordered was completely off the rails...
get my order, pull over to a parking lot to eat (I'm at work) and open the sandwich wrapper...
finds no tomato "ok good... " also finds...nothing else but lettuce and chicken? "... Uhh??"
For reference, the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club literally has almost all the ingredients in the name. Asiago (cheese) ranch (sauce), chicken, and the club (in this case, tomato/bacon).
And yet I had received nothing but chicken, lettuce and bun........... Like the ENTIRE point of paying extra money for my sandwich (since its not a regular chicken sandwich) was to have cheese, ranch, and bacon on it. I had none of that.
Again, this isn't the first time. And it likely won't be the last unless the employees learn their menu or at least have a way to look it up (which, I know they do. I used to work at Wendys).
Please avoid coming here if you want any sort of modifications to your meal, no matter how simple they are. You are likely not to get what...
Read moreI no longer trust them. I used to stop by regularly, but a couple recent incidents have made me decide to stop going there entirely. A few weeks ago, I tried ordering their biscuits and gravy for breakfast. It was under the "Platters" section, so I asked for the biscuits and gravy platter. The lady said they don't have a platter and asked if I wanted the biscuit bowl. I searched the menu but couldn't find anything else even close to the item i ordered. I explained I wanted the item under the platter section that said gravy and sausage biscuit. She said there was no platter. I was so confused and frustrated that I called the number and suggested that they their employees really need to look at the drive-through menu and not argue semantics that early in the morning. Just give the customer what they ask for.
Apparently it got back to them, because I came through this morning asking for a biscuit and gravy. There was someone else taking the order and money, but when the window opened, I heard the employees in the back laughing uproariously, and the lady who had taken my order previously said "OH I'll put on the gravy. It's a TEAM effort." Could be nothing, but it was clear that when she looked up at me, she knew she had been caught, and she dashed out of view. In my book, you shouldn't even joke about messing with someone's food. I threw it out and won't be back.
I also won't complain to their suggestion line, as clearly their managers cannot constructively lead their employees to more appropriate behavior than retribution against customers...
Read moreI ordered the food and the customer service was pretty well. But then when they gave me the food I noticed that they gave me the wrong order. Then when I came back get the order that I paid for the person who made my food acted extremely rude snatched it out of my hand and I asked for the bag back so I can just give her my burger but she refused to give me the bag. And don't get me started on what they gave me instead of what I had I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger 4 for 4 meal. They gave me a chicken sandwich 4 for 4 meal. Inside of the chicken sandwich with mayonnaise in the mayonnaise it was green stuff I'm not sure if it was mold but it looked like malt I wasn't complaining about that I was just complaining about them giving me the wrong order but since I'm going to lose you I'm going to put it out there. they were taking so long just to make another Burger it was playing it didn't have anything on it have to do get the meat put cheese on it then put it in between the bread but no it took them so long. So I went to go sit down 20 minutes later I got a in the manager instead of the clients treated me. And she was super nice and RESPECTFUL. And I honestly loved her service. I then got my food back for free since the client took my food and threw it in the trash she could have just took the burger but she took my whole back so I got the rest of my food for free and I was unsatisfied with the service. Well the client service not the...
