Wingstop — Restaurant in Kansas City

Very rude. I went to pick up an order about 15 minutes before they closed. They told me someone picked up the order. Usually when that happens I contact uber and they request for them to remake the order. Some little dirty cook that need to do something with them nasty dreads on his head was sitting in the lobby talking about we about to close. I said I know he said okay well leave. I said I’m not going anywhere until I find out what happened to this order. As I’m on hold with uber another cook says there’s tickets that need to be cooked. I’m convinced that one of those tickets was for the order I was picking up, but I had uber remove that order from me. I would never pick up an order or order my food...

I ordered ahead and arrived just before my order was ready. The staff was professional and courteous. They asked my name and checked the status of my order. The waiting area was clean. Every worker that I encountered was pleasant. I have read the comments and I think sometimes people get what you give out. I try to treat everyone like I want to be treated, and I get that back... usually.

Sidenote... I was impressed with how well this location was staffed. They were ready for the Thursday evening rush that was coming. Good job by management, and great job by the young people that work there... keep doing...

I recently ordered a big catering delivery of a few hundred wings and tenders from this Wingstop location. Christina, the manager, put in a ton of extra work and personally provided excellent customer service to make sure the food and delivery were as we needed. We really appreciate the work from her and the staff to make that meal happen for our group. The food was delicious and came as ordered. I would definitely recommend them to come through on...
