El Dorado Mexican Grille & Cantina — Restaurant in Kansas

Met some friends here. Our waiter was Enrique and we have had him before but this was the worst. He didn't listen , kept walking off while we were asking for simple things like straws and napkins. When our food came out, half of it was not something you would eat. My son's steak was really hard, and everyone that ordered soft tacos got soggy doughy tacos. When the friend asked Enrique about the food, his comment was" I'm not the cook and it's a.soft taco. My friend pushed to get new food and when they ager bought it out he just dropped it and left . No apology or anything only 1 other table in besides us I spent 41 dollars for food that mostly wasn't eaten and even tipped 5 bucks even though he didn't deserve it. Tried to file complaint on website but not working properly. Service and food has been good before.and qe want to go back, but we never want to have Enrique again. He's terrible and needs to be fired. Get someone that...

This restaurant had 3 locations and the one I went to recently shut down. I'm not surprised because I got a bad "to go" meal that had something unedible in it. I didn't notice it until I had eaten half the meal. I started feeling sick that night. Next morning, I called the restaurant and the girl on the phone was very hateful when I said I wanted to bring the food to her so she could tell me what the substance was in my food. She said she'd call me back, but she never did. I got so sick the next day I went to my doctor and he said I had food poisoning. So we called the KS Health Dept. And reported them. If you eat at the other two restaurants you are taking a big risk of getting food poisoning like I did. I was sick for 5 days, but what made me the most angry was the fact they didn't even care if their food made me sick. They did nothing to find out what was in my food and...

Me and my family went there for dinner and we asked our server if they was offering their margarita special and he said yes in very broken English. So me and my wife had about 3 a piece and got our food which was ok. After we finished we got our check to our surprise we was charged $5.75 a piece on the margaritas. So confused we asked them what happened to the margarita special and they informed me that they didnt offer one tonight and when I said our server said they did all he could say was sorry he doesn't speak English very well and we drank them so we need to pay for them. Unhappily I paid for them and informed them I would not return and would be writing a review and it didnt seem to bother them at all about what happened and that they hire people that speak very little to no English and take no responsibility...
