If there was a way to rate this business with ZERO stars I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Where do I begin. Let me start with the customer service at this location is beyond terrible. I was never greeted upon walking through the door. The so called manager on duty by the name of Samantha was so disrespectful. She couldn’t even answer questions about their own menu. I wanted my meal cooked a certain way. She proceeded to tell me it couldn’t be done. At this point I had enough of the attitude that I requested my money back immediately. I asked for corporates phone number. She points to a wall and proceeds to walk away. I said ma’am I don’t see the number can you give it to me? She then raises her voice yelling at me saying she doesn’t know their corporate phone number and that if I don’t see it on the wall. I should just go online. Where on earth does an employee get away with speaking to a customer that way? The worst part of it all is she claimed she was the manager. Very, very, very poor customer service. I will never spend my hard earned money here. I will never step foot back into another 7 Spice as long as they continue having people like her working for them. The service was so BAD. I wouldn’t even refer my worst enemy to eat here. Not to mention they already have bad reviews about the customer service and I see why. I asked Samantha is this how you treat your customers? She proceeds to say “YES” never again will I dare think of ordering food from a establishment like this. They really need to train their people on how to treat customers and how customers are supposed to be treated. Because clearly they do not have proper customer service etiquette at this location. BEWARE OF THE DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE YOU WILL RECEIVE WHEN YOU STEP FOOT INTO THIS PLACE!!! I SAT IN MY VEHICLE OUTSIDE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT WRITING MY REVIEW FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. We walked up to the counter and the girl said she would be with us in a moment. So far so good. Then she proceeded to talk to her friends and push in all the chairs into the tables... not the best thing to do but hey, it’s whatever. What annoyed my wife and I was the fact that her coworkers were telling her that there were customers waiting for her...(My wife and I) and she began to curse and say “I know, damn”. By the time she walked over to us we said, “Were good thank you” and walked out. She said “ok”... and that’s it. No apology, nothing. My wife ordered the Duo Delight (crab and shrimp) for take out. Upon arriving home we realized that they didn't serve us the shrimp. She called and she agreed with the staff for a refund. But the manager was called, and she told the staff we couldn't get a refund. The first statement made was that they had been checking orders all day and had not had any mistakes all day. But later in the conversation the staff admitted they've been having problems with customer orders.
Summary is we have to go in tomorrow to resolve this. So sad that management thinks we're lying. Again been coming here for years without problems, and the one time we have a problem the manager cares more about their dollars than their customers. I told them I would send Gordon Ramsey over but I don't think they'll be open for business too long with this...
