Tried to place a phone order, a Male picked up the phone, saying "Pizza Hut, Please Hold." Not even waiting for me to acknowledge or say "OK." Put on hold for 20 exact minutes before I decided to hang up. I called back & 'William' (which may have been the 'male' who picked up the first time; but it was abrupt the first time, I cant say for sure) he answered "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, will this be deliver or carry out?" I notified him that "I have been on hold for 20 minutes & no one has bothered to take my order, I drove from Sugarland to Cypress while holding." He said, "well, I'm sorry about that, it doesnt show we have any calls waiting, will this be deliver or carry out?" I said, "well, nobody bothered to ask." He said "ok, so im asking now, will it be deliver or carryout?" I said "im not going to be placing an order because im already home." #1) he shouldn't have put me on hold without my acknowledgement #2) he shouldn't have said there were no calls on hold, for 2 reasons; 1) he may very well have been the one who put me on hold, 2) its freakin' Friday night, are you serious that no American is calling to place an order from Pizza Hut? Then why are yallbopen till 1am? #3) his apology was fake
Just to let everyone know, Americans trust Pizza Hut & love it, but Pizza Hut should improve their customer service a little more. Americans work hard all day, and all we want to do is pickup something for dinner. Let me also say that I am a nurse, returning home after a 14 hour shift & 3 hour drive so 'patience' is definitely a prime asset of mine, but its blows my mind that this even happened tonight. Read moreI have lived near this location for almost 5 years being that this location is so convenient and it’s the only one that delivers to my neighborhood I have casually used it on Friday nights to order pizza for the family like normal people do however time and time again my order comes wrong and it comes past the time that I get notifications that it’s on the way out I never do reviews however I have had it and because I try to again speak with the manager at the store location I just decided I need to really speak on this location and what I have experienced and hopefully this is helpful to someone else . My order was placed at 7:17 PM I received confirmation that the order was out for delivery at 7:35 PM my order was not delivered until 9:02 PM after placing six calls to the location and everyone is telling me that the driver is out one gentleman even mention my order number was 93 but they were already in the hundreds so I should have been received my order Yet and still it took 45 minutes after that call for me to finally receive my order when you call the store the young lady that answers is so on interested in anything dealing with customers and obviously because I’ve called several times this evening even the manager didn’t want to take the time out to speak with me stay away from this location if all possible and guess what the big finale once I receive the order it was not what I ordered I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage and half jalapeños regular hand towels quest and buffalo mild wings I received a pizza with pepperoni sausage and hamburger I believe and stuffed cheese crust and barbecue wings ...
Read moreThey messed up my order by only delivering half my order. I called and they had me on the phone for over an hour. I decided to drive to the location while still on hold and as we park the Manager answers. He comes out and offers to fix our order and give us a credit saying that this happened because their system was down. Ok, I get stuff happens. We let him fix and give us the credit. Once we tried to redeem the credit, I called to place my order and the general manager states that she doesnt have a manager that fits the description I gave her, and there's no credit on my account. I pull up the last order I placed and then she proceeds to say that she does see a previous credit but that she can't honor it because it expires in 30 days, which I wasn't aware of. Then she says that it might of been a stand in manager that was working that day because he did not inform me that it expires and no where on the ticket does it say that it expires. There has been a lot of incident with this location and I'm usually not the type to leave ratings but maybe this will help corporate get proper training to this location. There needs to be a clear direction on the policy and communication between employees and customers and even employees to employers. KEEPING EVERYTHING CONSISTENT. It looks bad when the general manager doesn't know what's going on in her store and who is running it.
