Let me just start by saying I have ordered through the app to be picked up at this location on several occasions with no issues. Today, however, was the exact opposite! I placed an order via the App to be picked up at the drive through window. The drive-through line was a nightmare - extremely long and was unbelievably slow. When I finally got to the window, I was told that my order was given to someone else for pickup. I was advised to drive around and park, my food would have to be re-made, and someone would bring it out. An associate (it may have been the manager) came out empty-handed with no clear explanation why my food was given to someone else. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I demanded a refund, she told me that I would have to request it via the App. Turns out, customer service via the App is automated. All I received was a reply saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Consequently, I have no food (I had lost my appetite by that time) and no refund. Read moreI went here today in the drive thru and used my mobile app for the blue cloud, placed my order and the lady stated their cloud isn’t working so I told her to cancel that and ordered a medium whopper meal with a fruit punch and a median whopper jr meal with a coke. Girl then states she can’t cancel out the cloud drink was trying to make me pay for something that she told me that they did not have. I told her to just remove the blue cloud she claimed she couldn’t do that because the order was already on the screen. (Pure ignorance! I haven’t paid for the order yet so if I chose not to get it you will have to cancel it so what’s the difference) I told her to cancel the whole order. I pulled up to window and asked who is the manager, I asked what’s the difference in canceling the order and taking my order over to remove the cloud drink when you’re canceling the order anyway, Jay the manager says “well I can’t take your order anyway my system down” (all of a sudden) and close the window on me. Extremely rude and nasty attitude!

Read moreUpdate: 06-16-2024 I havent been to this location in over a year. Today i went and i have to say that this particular Burger King is consistent in being one of the worst bk's i ever been to. Smashed food, a Burger that tastes like it came from Valero, cold taters. I regret each time I go here. One customer was standing at the counter for a while and workers just ignoring her.
Ok here's my review after trying this BK at least 3 times over the span of 2 years. I will never eat here again. This particular Bk needs to improve the quality of their food. Every time I have eaten here after craving a whopper I always get a whopper that tastes like its been sitting around for a while. I specifically asked the young man who took my order to give me fresh whoppers. Instead I get lukewarm whoppers and the meat is so damn thin.
On top of this. It seemed like forever for someone to come to the front cashier to take the order because everyone is working everywhere else but the front....
