Antepli Baklava — Restaurant in Katy

Very very disappointing and a dirty place. The place got a lot of potential but it's unfortunate to see it like this. It is dated, dirty, and unorganized. We used to love this place. This time we went strictly to buy fresh sweets and baklava per the advertisement. While waiting the smell was uncomfortable. People had eaten fish in their dining area and left their plates with leftovers out in the open and the fishy smell of the table scraps was disturbing. No one attempted to clean it up while we were there. But we gave the bakery the benefit of doubt and thought the sweeets may be good, fresh, and authentic. We bought a lot of sweets at almost $16-$18/lb and brought it home and it was nothing but disappointment. Their fresh sweets were not fresh and smelled and tasted bad. We, unfortunately, had to throw away...

The kunefe and baklava are horrible. Stay away from this place. They have no clue how...
