This place is an absolute joke!!!! Honestly, even saying that is probably a colossal understatement!!! The last few times we've order from here there have been issues, usually issues after issues after issues, and the employees act like they're doing you a favor for doing the job that they are paid to do!!!!!! I completely understand mistakes happen, no one is perfect, I truly do understand that. What I don't understand is how someone sends the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER. We ordered 3 things, Buffalo chicken pizza, parmesian bread bites, and bone in Buffalo wings. We got some type of pizza that was covered in pretty much everything they carry and an order of chicken Alfredo! The chicken Alfredo isn't even sent in the same containers as any of the other stuff we ordered! I ordered this just after Midnight, they close at 1am, I had just finished working a 16hr day, order the pizza on the way home, got home, changed and dealt with some family stuff. After about 20mins had past after it was to be delivered my daughter opened the door to find someone's dominos order sitting on the ground at our door. Mind you we did NOT request it to be left at the door, the driver never rang the door bell or knocked, just dropped the order and ran. I immediately went to Dominos to find the front door wide open and not a single employee actually paying attention to their surroundings. I sat there for a good 5mins at their counter loudly saying "hello" and waving my arms in an attempt to get their attention but they were too busy blaring music in their headphones. Once they finally realized someone was standing there they immediately went to being absolute dumbfounded at how I could have gotten in. I literally had to turn and stare at the WIDE OPEN front door for a bit before one them finally said, rather poetically, "Oooo the front door is open" And the award goes to....
Was I met with actual compassion, understanding, or an actual customer service focused mentality...NOPE! I was met with a smug smirk and an attitude that made it obvious that they didn't care whatsoever that they just completely screwed up AGAIN and had left a customer with little to no options on grabbing something to eat at this time of night. It was made very clear that I was the one who was out of line and was being completely unreasonable for going up there. Just a repeated "Well, I'm sorry but what do you want us to do about it, we're closed everything is off....like they're stuff is controlled by computer and only corporate can turn an oven on. They could have easily taken the extra step and actually put customer service first but we all now customer service is the last thing a corporation cares about and we all know they only hire those who swear an oath to be as lazy and unaccomadating as possible every chance they get, effort better not even be in their vocabulary. I mean they even made sure that the one person there who actually had some respect and was trying to take the customer service first approach was very quickly shut down told to shut up, with body language, and quickly spoken over by the curly haired punk kid with his little smug smile and condescending attitude

Read moreI am soooo livid right now I can’t even type as I would like!! First off I would like to give props for the great food. It was delicious!! Made to perfection. My one star rating is towards the delivery driver. Because of him they lost a customer and I’ll be sure to tell my friends and family to NEVER order her First off when the delivery guy Alcides (I only know that from the text I received) but when he arrived I was in the shower. When he came I was getting out. My 14 year old nephew opened the door for me, as he opened the door the guy questioned him to ask was he home alone he repeated a few times. My nephew is a jokester his comeback was Yes. I’m all home alone. He then laughed and said No, She’s in the shower. He said Tip!!! You don’t Tip!!! Very loudly (I’m hearing them as I get dressed) my nephew said no. He asked why you no tip!!!! Exact words. My nephew said because it’s not my money he went on to say you should tip. (Remind you I paid with my credit card) my nephew said I’m sorry I can’t . (I’m really good on tipping I tip well btw but I wasn’t around to tip. Okay so he gave him the food and drink. By this time I was out of the shower. About 5 minutes later we hear a beating at the door that frightened us to death!! My nephew ran to the door without opening it and said Who is it!! He screamed through the door GIVE ME THE DRINK ITS NOT YOURS!!!!!!!!! I than came to the door without opening I said Sir I paid for this drink. He screamed NO YOU DIDNT GIVE ME THE DRINK!! I said sir please leave from the door before I call Management!! I paid for this drink he said it again as if he didn’t hear me and I yelled it again please leave my door or I’m going to have to call management. He then left. Thank God. So at this point I was very very upset!! I begin to call the manager and I waited for 10 minutes on the phone only for someone to pick up and hang up!! Read moreWhere do I begin?? I ordered from this location about 3 weeks ago. I've ordered from here on many occasions. I always order online. I work about 45 minutes away from the location so I figured by time i get there to pick it up it should be ready. WRONG!!! I even made an extra stop putting me right at an hour upon arrival. As soon as i pulled up to the store I could see customers inside that looked irate. I already knew this was not going to be good. I went inside for my pizza, the cashier pretended to look behind him to see if my order was ready. After 1 hour the pizza was not ready nor had they began to make it! There were 7 employees behind the counter ( i counted). Out of 7 employees there was not ONE competent employee out of the bunch. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. It's no wonder some of the pics of pizza from other reviews look the way they do. Disgusting. I boldly expressed my disdain and irritation for my order NOT being ready and the so-called "manager" came up to the register and said "just cancel her order" as he proceeded to cancel it on the computer. Not once did he ask if I wanted to wait, not once did he apologize on the companies behalf. His name is Boykin by the way, steer clear of him. They all have terrible attitudes for working in customer service food industry. The store manager should absolutely hold his head down in shame. Well, I dont lie down easily. As i continued in my expression Boykin and the cashier took it upon themselves to mock me and make fun of my irritation. To top it all off, Boykin also called the police on me. As a manager the goal should be to deescalate, not stir the pot. I will absolutely never eat here again. If i have to come back here every month to rewrite my review just to deter others then I will. I have never in my life been so rudely handled by the staff of any food establishment. Dominos is not the only pizza place on earth and surely isn't the best....
