I was honestly torn on how to rate this visit. I originally ordered a coffee, but their brewer had shut down. I completely understand, technology breaks down and things happen. The part that disappointed me was that I ended up being charged more for a different drink, instead of them honoring the lower price of what I originally wanted. I didn’t ask for them to lower it, but I feel like it would have been a nice courtesy.
The reason this is not a one or two-star review is because of Elliya in the drive-thru. She was so sweet, genuinely kind, and apologized more than once for the inconvenience.
