Citlally was VERY rude. I made an online order so I would NOT have to wait in line. This is the point in an online order to NOT wait in line, to grab and go. So I go straight to the window to pick up my order, like anybody else would. When I get to the window I am greeted by a very rude employee, Citlally. She proceeded to demand I “next time wait in the line and tell us at the intercom you’re picking up an order, so we can have it ready” why would I wait in a long line and tell u I’m picking up an order then proceed to drive right up to the window. Those extra 3 seconds at the intercom gives you time to get it ready? It should already be ready, you just grab it and give it to me. But instead of doing that CITLALLY proceeds to roll her eyes at me, talk over me, and close the window on me multiple times. Food Is good but employees are very very rude and intellectual. Even though we specifically asked what was on the plate bundle, and was told what was on the plate bundle. We were told AFTER Katie made our plates that they No longer offered that. This was after we waited for her to finish her conversation on the headset she was having. She rudely made our plates then BOLD faced lord to use about how much our order was. THEN continued to lie to the manager Doris that we didn’t ask for the plate bundle. Then after we had paid and received our orders continued to argue with us about what was said. Read moreOrdered a bigger plate with mushroom chicken being beef and terriaki chicken and chowmein somehow got orange chicken black pepper chicken and shrimp and fried rice I'm super disappointed and incredibly upset by this experience this is unacceptable and I'm not going back through the drive through because it took 22 minutes to get me my food after they said 7 minute wait i will be going for a refund tomorrow I took picture and I am extremely dissatisfied by this place I go here three times a week and they have been getting sloppy for the past couple weeks I let it slide a couple times over the last four messed up orders but this is it I'm done get it fixed or I'm never coming back I want a refund and a correct order.
