I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION... AND ALL OF THE OTHER EVIEWS HERE, SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!! After ordering through the drive through, I drove up to the first window to pay. I handed the cashier exact change. The CASHIER dropped some of the money that was handed to her. Five cents, to be exact. I told her thank you and drove to the next window as my truck was to close to the building to assist her in getting the change that SHE dropped. She proceeded to come the second window, demanding the 5 cents that SHE dropped. I apologized and told her I was unable to grab it for her. She again, demanded the five cents be paid before my food would be given to me. Mind you, I work for the School district here in Kaufman and only have a 30 minute lunch break of which she wasted a good 10 minutes of, demanding the money that she had dropped in the first place and then proceeded to tell me that "Im going to need that 5 cents" I dug another 4 cents out of my cup holder (the only change I had) and told her that was all the cash I had. She was completely unprofessional and rude in telling me that the 4 cents would not suffice and that I needed to pay the whole 5 cents. I eventually told her to just take my debit card and run it for the remaining 5 cents because I was running out of time. Now, I'm not entirely sure which merchant service is used, but it typically cost an establishment about 30 cents to run a debit card which would completely defeat the purpose of collecting the 5 cents from my debit card. She ran it anyway, for the 5 CENTS!! I normally go out of my way to AVOID eating at this location because of the typical rude encounters I have at this establishment. This is the ONLY Jack in The Box that I EVER have these kind of issues at. I will not be back and I will be sharing my experience on social media platforms for others because after speaking with some of my co-workers, apparently I am not the only one that has this kind of experience there, more often than not, and it is completely uncalled for. Read moreWe went through the drive-thru and my daughter ordered a Munch meal and it didn't say that there was mustard on there we had left she had ate the fries and she had opened the burger and it was mustard on it didn't take a bite of it or anything we had went back up there we had I see Lady which I'm pretty sure she was the night manager which she's always very rude if we could just trade the top bun because that's all they muster was on and she said that couldn't do that and I said well my daughter does not eat mustard she does not like mustard at all and she asked for the receipt so we gave her the receipt she said well that burger comes with mustard and I said well my daughter doesn't eat mustard and she said well that burger comes with mustard so we leave I'll go around to the deal the speaker I look at the menu of course she comes over the speaker I said mail can you tell me where indicates that that burger comes with mustard she said it's in the ingredients I said okay but can you tell me where it indicates that and she goes it's always been on there I said but it doesn't show that I don't work there so nowhere does it show that no word to the person who took our order told us that it came with mustard they didn't offer the fix the burger nothing then offer any type of help to fix the burger so my daughter was out of burger cuz she would not she would not eat it after that so I ended up taking her to Whataburger to get her a different meal and good for Whataburger because I did an amazing job so Props to them but I wouldn't recommend Jack in the Box to anybody shame on Jack In The Box and I would fire that manager she was so rude and always is I wouldn't recommend her and her anywhere for customer service she didn't try to fix it then offer to fix it I don't care if that burger comes with mustard I have worked at McDonald's and it didn't matter if a burger came with things on it not everybody likes stuff on their burgers like that and some people are allergic to things so shame on her bad customer service and I hope Jack and the Box sees this and I hope they do...
Read moreJust wow. Friday afternoon made the mistake to give this location one more chance with my order. The food is always old and cold, so I specifically ordered it made fresh. The employee asked "fries or patties", which I laughed and said both. That should have been the end of my order and I just went on to anywhere else. However, I had spent 20 minutes in line to get the food, and had hoped they'd at least prepare fresh food as requested. In fact they did not. The fries and the patties were old and cold, no way could they pass for fresh made. After attempting to call their location multiple times since 2/17 I went into the store today 2/20 to have my order replaced and the young lady, who claims to be one of the managers, gave me an ultimatum; I could get my food replaced or they would give me their supervisor's number and then I'd have to resolve it with them. I said that is not a good way to handle a customer service matter at which point she advised me that I was getting on her nerves and she was going to call the police. She proceeded to call the police and make a false statement to the, I know because after she followed me harassing me I also called local law enforcement. I have left a voice-mail with the number posted outside the location and now this review. I guess we will see how they choose to handle this. My advice is don't go to...
