I visit this place for the first time with my daughter and I was attending by the the lady name Jade , she was very nice and at the time she followed my instructions and I was more or less pleased with the results. Two weeks late i chose to get her another opportunity due the I’m new in the are and my technician is Fort Worth . At this time she suggested to place my nail inside the bowl full of acetone ( I have long natural nail very healthy just cover with dipping powder) I told that was not a good idea because that will make the nail fragile and healthy. Her response was “ oh no nothing will happen “ my mistake I trust her! I did and two days later my nail broke. Well bye bye long nail I have to cut my nail my self and way until my next appointment due that I live 45 minutes from there salon. I make a new appointment 5 days in advance not only for my self but also for my friend and my daughter. On the appointment day we arrive on time and they escort my daughter and friend to pedi area and me to desk for the nail are ,after 5 minutes waiting Vivian approached me asking me if I have appointment made, I look at her and say “yes my appointments was made 5 days ago with the technician Jade” short after Jade came to see me and apologize that she can’t do my appointment because someone forgot to told her and I will need to wait 45 minutes because she just got someone else on her station. Another woman canyon back and told that some else can do my nail , I was mad , upset, disappointed we drove 45 and know someone else going to do my nail . Well it happens Vivian did it ! The edge was rough I I get cut wit file , the nail looks uneven the nail that was broken and the have to replace o repaired a person with experience would do better job ( you will see the picture) I have pay a full price for a bad job, a bad day , and not only happened to me when I when to see my daughter pedi I ask her is the finning and she responded I don’t know? Read moreCame in for a pedicure, they were moderately busy and informed me of the wait and about how long it would be. I chose the basic pedicure because I haven’t been here before and I don’t know what their work is like, don’t want to spend too much money if I’m not going to like it. The guy came to do my pedicure and couldn’t figure out how to operate the chair, I’m short and the chair needed to move up. Once he figured that out the pedicure began. He was a little rough. According to the pedicure I picked I should have gotten a 8 minute foot rub, I only got 3 minutes and then he got up and went and got towels to wipe my legs off. He then prepped my toes for painting and AFTER he did that he finally asked me what color I wanted my toes. They hand you a book when you sit down and then take it away when someone else comes in. He did not paint my toes well, another lady had to come and fix it. Overall not terrible but if you say 8 minute foot rub and I’m paying for it then I expect 8 minutes. I may try them again in a few months after they work out some...
Read moreThe staff was nice and the place was cutesy and all, but you want to know what's NOT VERY CUTESY? The fact that I had to pay $53 for nails I HATE.. I'm SO upset. I asked for French tips, and I got French advice instead. The white "tips" take WELL OVER HALF OF MY NAILS, they are UNEVEN, and they are CROOKED. SO DISSAPPOINTED! And I got these to TREAT MYSELF for my 20th birthday so I could have nice nails for my birthday dinner, which is LESS than two weeks away! And I don't get paid FOR ANOTHER FULL two weeks, so it's not like I can just go to another salon or get a different technician and shell out ANOTHER $50+ DOLLARS!! And no, I didn't tip either because I dont tip poorly done jobs. DO NOT GO HERE!! GO TO EUPHORIA, WHICH IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET NEXT TO DICKEY'S OR THE NAIL SALON NEXT DOOR TO SCHLOTZKY'S!! I AM SO, SO, SOOOO VERY...
