Arby's — Restaurant in Kaukauna

So last night 3/6/25 i was at this specific location about 620ish and was wondering why it was taking so long for me to even get to order. I really wanted this so I decided to just go in, maybe it would be easier. When I walked in all I seen was a teen girl and yound man in complete chaos. They were so behind yelling for help and that help was no where to be found until and employee off the clock stepped in and helped them. Which I hope she gets recognition for. No reason she had to stop eating to help if there was in deed a manager there. Where was the manager on shift? Why weren't they helping? Why are we setting kids up to fail? This is completely unacceptable and I wouldn't doubt for one second if those 2 re thought their jobs when they went home. The guy taking our order was not welcoming at all.. he just threw the food in a bag.. while we were asking questions about the menu, he rolled his eyes multiple times. maybe he just didn't want work on a Sunday, but you could tell he either didn't want to be there or we annoyed him by being there and actually making him work.. some of the order was wrong, but didn't notice until we got home..we were there around lunch time so we figured fries would be fresh, but they weren't at all.. there was soda spilled on the floor and counter by the soda machine was sticky with soda.. other than all of that my wrap was delicious even though it was the wrong one from...

Staff is usually pretty friendly and nice which is why I keep coming back. Sometimes my order gets messed up but it’s honestly not a problem for me cuz I’m not picky and I understand what it’s like in the food biz! Keep up the awesome behavior guys! Also I didn’t catch his name, but the tall, curly haired gentleman with the sweet ring helped me out today and I think he deserves a raise because his customer service was through the roof and I was only a drive thru customer!
