Update: I placed an order 07/11/2021 at 9:19 PM. The email I received stated my order would be delivered in about an hour and a half. Okay, fine. After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to check on the order, and it now said it would take over 2 hours, but the tracking feature wouldn't give me any updates, so I didn't even know if my order had been made yet. After almost 2 hours of waiting, both my wife and I tried calling, but no one would answer the phone. I waited over 3 hours for my order, and it never arrived. It is now 12:50 AM, almost an hour after closing time, and I did not receive my order. I ended my last phone call attempt after being on hold for 50 minutes, 23 minutes after they closed.
This is ridiculous. I cannot even request a refund online, nor report an issue with my order being it has not even been delivered to me. It is asinine that no one is available to answer the phone. Why is their phone number listed if the employees are just going to ignore the phone when it rings? I never even received a call to be informed of any issues with my order. My order was simply ignored, neglected, and disregarded.
This experience has been horrible, and I have no desire to order from this location again. The customer service was excellent the very first time we ordered from this location, and slowly declined to this. I have updated my review from a 5-star review to a 1-star review, and only because I have to at least give them 1 star. How can they go from delivering my order within 20 minutes of it being placed, to not delivering my order, at all?! This is asinine.
Do not order from this location. Save yourself time and money.
Original Review: Tonight, my wife and I ordered delivery from this location, for the first time. It was also our first time trying this location, in general. I read some reviews before ordering, and found some reviews that were not the best, however, we still decided to give them a chance. And, boy... Are we glad we did!
We were pleasantly surprised. Christina made and cooked our pizzas to perfection. The entire order was accurate, just the way we wanted. Tyler, our delivery driver, was punctual and friendly. We placed our order at 8:37 PM, and by 8:57 PM, our pizzas were at our door. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our experience was amazing, and I honestly do not have a single thing to complain about.
With this being said, I don't really understand why their reviews aren't the best, but I do understand everyone's individual experience is different, and just as valid. However, my advice is that you don't let the negative reviews deter you from ordering from...
Read moreThis Dominos has average pizza. Nothing special, just typical Dominos. However their customer service is horrible. From running out of ingredients and not informing you, to burning deserts and not compensating you, or delivering cold meals. They literally ran out of ham, a topping I was charged extra for, and instead of calling to tell me, they just made the pizza without it and delivered it. I called to tell them the problem and they said, “Yeah we ran out”. When I asked why they didn’t say anything or call or even offer a refund they acted as if I was the one being completely unreasonable. Last night it took over an hour to get the delivery after the tracker said it was ready for delivery. Of course it was completely cold by the time I got it. I called and they had many delivery drivers call off and instead of calling or texting to let the customers know, they decided to send cold food after I called to complain.
Their marble cookie desert is consistently over cooked. I’ve complained several times. Apparently there’s something they are supposed to place over it to prevent it from drying out and burning the edges, and either they get too busy and forget or don’t train their employees well enough to know how to prepare it. Either way, it’s frustrating.
I’m not one to complain, and know that I should expect much. I usually call several times to give them many opportunities to make it right before leaving any negative review. Sometimes I’ll get someone on the phone that is professional and apologetic, and others it seems as if my call is an inconvenience.
I leave this review as a warning to potential customers. If you’re a picky person, go somewhere else. The teenagers that run this place have no work ethic. The “insurance” can’t be used on every order, so it’s a gamble that your order will be right and more often than not, they don’t care about their customers. If you order on a Sunday or Monday prob the busiest days due to football they are under staffed and just don’t deliver your pizzas. The app lets you place an order and it says out of the over quality checking now then nothing. If you call they won’t answer they could have the decency to answer and say hey we are under staffed and can’t deliver your pizza. So last time I waited an hour and a half and finally just went in to pick it up. The staff blew my mind. One girl walked in w out putting her stuff down or washing her hands and was boxing up the pizza then I talked to some teenage monster who saw zero problem w not answering or delivering the pizza. I asked for a discount and a refund on my delivery tip she said no and still didn’t see my frustration that’s when I finally snapped and another worker came over and comped the pizza but honestly the pizza had sat for so long that it wasn’t worth free it needed to be trashed and we ended up cooking. The same problem is happening today I ordered almost an hr ago and no answer. ITS JUST BAD BUSINESS. I’d just go get it if they would answer and say we have no drivers. If this was never an issue I would honestly give the pizza a 5 star review it’s always hot and fresh when it’s delivered on time.
