Taco Time — Restaurant in Kearns

I am absolutely disgusted and frustrated! Not only did I have to wait 10 min for them to tell me to look over the menu and they would be right with me. After I told her I was ready immediately she still had me wait a few more minutes. I placed my order finally and asked for No sour cream please (I cannot eat sour cream). It is pretty disappointing to think that cooks at a taco establishment do not know what sour cream is🤷 They marked the package as such but as you can clearly see in the photo looks as if they added extra!!!! I will never give this place my business again!! I have had several problems like this with this location I have never said anything and enjoy the food enough to let go of the disappointments. Tonight has prompted me to let everyone know what a gamble/disappointment eating here will be! Also to stop wasting my money here it is not worth my time or energy especially when I need to drive for 20 min to and from this location from my home.

Update: Was just noticing in my pictures how disgusting the lettuce and overall presentation was cannot believe I ordered this twice with the same result both times! I was really looking forward...

The food was good but custom service could really use some attention. We were there 25 min before closing and after we got our food it was about 15 min to closing and 5 min before they came by and said my assistant manager wanted me to let you know we close in 5 min. I felt as though I was rushed and going to get booted out so grabbed a bag and brought the rest home to finish eating. I also ordered an order of cinnamon krustos and the cashier forgot to charge me for them and I didn't know. So when I noticed I hadn't got them on my tray I went up and said I didn't get them. She walked back to grab them and then turned to me and said sorry I forgot to charge you for them. To me it wasn't a big deal deal because they are only like $1.29 but bring it was there error I'd have thought they'd have said sorry for our mistake and given it to me but that wasn't the case. Food was good as usual but there custom service skills could really use...

We have been going to this location for over 15 years. We have never had a problem until recently. Last night we went to pick up dinner for my family the girl at the window had a terrible attitude with NO customer service. When asked what hot sauces we would like she shut the window while my husband was still talking. Ordered $60.00 of food and there was about 5 hot sauces. Waited for her to open the window again to ask for more, when she did she was rude handed us a few more didn’t even ask what kind and shut the window hard. This happened a few weeks ago with a different employee having horrible customer service.
