Didn't have time to cook one night, instead spent over an HOUR driving back and forth between home and betos 3 septate times. The first time they gave us bean and cheese burritos when we asked for (and paid for) carne asada fry burritos. When we went back the lady gave us such attitude and yelled at us (like WE did something wrong) until the manager came out and decided to "do us a favor" and fix it (aka get us what we ordered the first time). We get home and it is smothered in guacamole. We can't eat that and specifically both times mentioned that. So I think they did it on purpose the second time cause they were pissed they had to fix their mistake. So we went back again. The lady refused to remake anything, saying it was our fault. Her coworker came out and said "oh they actually kept saying 'no guacamole or raw onions... the husband can't eat it". The first girl yelled at her and told her to go away. The chefs came out from the back and started saying nasty things to us.... at that point, I'm not trusting any food they'll make so I just asked for a refund. They made nasty comments the whole time they refunded us and made fun of us. The whole ordeal took over an hour and multiple returns.
Look. The food isn't cheap and my order isn't complicated. Two carne asada fry burritos. No onions or guacamole. I don't understand why it would take 3 attempts to make it. I usually NEVER send back food, but the first time it was just bean and cheese (no fries or meat...a totally different order) and the second time they smothered it with the only ingredients we can't eat?! It's a joke. I feel like the positive reviews are from family members of the owners, cause all my friends/ neighbors have stopped going to this location. The workers are downright rude, take your money and just give you whatever they feel like giving you....
Read moreMy son ordered a carne asada taco to go with no toppings except white cheese. We were charged an extra dollar for the cheese, bringing the total bill to $7 for a simple taco. When we got home, we discovered that the taco was covered in cheddar cheese instead. I called back and was placed on hold, then disconnected after a few minutes. I called back again and was again placed on hold even though I mentioned they had just hung up on me. When I finally got to talk to the lady in charge, she informed me that they don’t have white cheese. I said that would’ve been nice to know when we placed the order. She did not offer any solution, so I asked for a refund. she said they cannot process a refund over the phone and that if I wanted one, I needed to bring the taco back And get the refund in the store. I don’t think I’m really interested in being back in that store again based on the lack of service and inability to get an order that is a simple as a taco with cheese correct. Read moreI gave this place two stars because of the service. I went today after 5 p.m., and the guy who took my order was really unprofessional. Seriously, it sounded like he hates his job. I understand that people do not like to work, but seriously, you get paid to do your job. It is called costumer service. Every time that I would ask for something, he would answer with "anything else" with this dull and mean voice. It also was hard for me to order since the guy doesn't even know how to speak english or if he knows he hides it really good.The food was really good though, really savory and good portions. That's why I feel bad giving this place a two star review because the food was really good. But hopefully they change the staff for someone that makes you feel at least welcomed to the restaurant. I will try to go some other day to see if I can get better customer service from...
