Buzzy's Drive-In — Restaurant in Kearny

We were in the city of Kearny in the process of buying a home there and thought we should try it. So glad we did. The prices are so reasonable and the food was delicious. It was less then $25 to feed a family of four. We got 2 kids meals $3 each which one was a burger, fries and drink and the other was a corn dog (meat inside was big and fresh) fries and a drink. We also got a double cheeseburger, enchilada style bean and cheese burrito, and a large nacho, and two huge drinks. I highly recommend this place. It’s small but very inviting and makes you feel like you are at home. They have a variety of food items you can choose from. We were full or we would have loved dessert. Can’t wait to go back and eat...

First off, the outside and inside is very plain. Would like to at least see the inside decorated with anything besides a plain wall. Staff might be friendly, but they weren't in a good mood when three of us came in. The buzzy special burger was decent, but needed more sauce. Fries were actually disappointing overall. (I heard the fish was good)

I will say, the prices were amazing. Very affordable. Because of that, I would give this place a second chance and hope for a better experience.

I was in Kearny the first time in 2002 and 22 years later,in 2024 two times to visit my friends there. I enter Buzzys and Dennis was remebering me immediately and the Taco,s/Green Chilli Burro/Burger and Salsas taste exactly the same like 2002. Dennis gave me a Buzzys T Shirt and I wear it here in northern Germany and it reminds me everytime to the friendlyness of Dennis and the whole personell.
