Peppino's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Kearny

Arrived to find that the pizza I ordered wasn't the correct one placed over the phone. After explaining to the gentleman that, that's not what was ordered over the phone he continued to go back and forth with me. I explained to him numerous times what I had ordered and how I repeated it twice on the phone and it was repeated back. Then the guy at the front who was on the phone taking another order and wasn't even in our conversation proceeded to enter in our conversation by saying very rudely for me to relax. I explained to him I am relaxed and how I shouldn't have to go back and forth with someone who didn't take my order correctly and then have someone else enter in my conversation. After this experience I won't spend my money here anymore. They were a last minute pizza spot...

they should close!!!!!!!! just got my food so let's start Pizza looks like ellios made it from a factory and frozen it and they heated it up. next my pepinos cold sub ham,salami,American cheese,Turkey, pepperoni half or whole. I got a whole for $11 well a subway 6 inch is bigger! I saw the sandwich when the driver gave it to me I said hay I ordered a whole sub and I got a half he said no that's a whole a half is 4 inches!!!! for $11 that's a rip off. got a salad and got a tiny cup of dressing for a large dressing. my wife got a chicken parm dinner she thought someone put a rubber chicken in a vat of sauce and served it! all I can say is wow will never order from here again was good a few years ago not now stay away order Dominos instead you will...

I called to ask how they did their Philly Cheesesteaks, whether or not it was flat steaks or chopped up with cheese and the lady hung up on me.

I called back and asked the same question and a guy answered and told me, "Well we do it different ways. Some have onions and mushrooms, some have lettuce and tomatoes, some have this and that." as he laughed at me as if my question wasn't valid.

All I was asking is how they made the meat on their cheesesteaks because I've had some where's it's literally flat steak-umms on a roll with a slice of cheese, and these guys were just out of their element and rude.
