My visit with the covering doctor was specifically for for my medication refill and I Was told by this covering doctor to give him a call whenever I run out of my other medication . A week before my appointment his receptionist called to cancel At the last minute making it very difficult to manage your medication and take care of your own daily life. I do not recommend this doctor, If you have serious conditions that need to be taken care of by a Doctor Who knows how to take care of your situation. At the current moment this doctor is practicing in Totowa, New Jersey For my medical internist, Dr. Paul Krisa M.D. under the HVA group. This office has Already left me in a situation where my medication has run out, and I have had to withdraw from it. However, I am so happy that I did. Iāve never felt so seen and heard by a Physician before. Dr. Xu was very thorough, and made sure that I left with every question answered, and every health concern addressed. I was taken on time, didnāt feel rushed, and felt like he truly cared about my health and well being. I will definitely be referring anyone who is looking for a doctor, to Doctor Xu.

I found their clinic from my insurance's website in the first place and they are listed as in-network. AND, when I asked the front desk to call the insurance company to confirm, he/she refused and said "We don't do that, we got a list of what we take and your insurance is not on it. If you are billed that will be on you, not us" Then why do you ask my insurance policy number if you will not check it? I never met with the doctor so I have no opinion on him, but they need to hire some not-so-lazy front desk...
