Firstly, I want to extend a warm welcome to you as part of the Keego Harbor community. Your pastries have been a delightful addition, and many of us have enjoyed the quality and charm you bring to the neighborhood.
However, I wanted to share some concerns regarding the increased traffic and parking issues resulting from your business. While it’s wonderful to see so many people supporting your bakery, the limited parking spaces have led to congestion, especially near Orchard Lake Road. The influx of visitors has also resulted in increased speeding along Millwall Ave and Rycroft, which poses a safety risk, particularly as children play in these streets. Additionally, some customers are turning around on private property, which can be disruptive for residents.
Given the impact on our community, I believe it’s crucial for your business to consider ways to mitigate these issues. Perhaps including a polite reminder for customers to drive carefully and be mindful of the residential nature of the area could help. Collaborating with local authorities to address traffic and parking concerns, or exploring additional parking solutions, might also be beneficial.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your understanding. We appreciate the positive contribution Cannelle has made to our community and hope that together we can ensure it remains a safe and welcoming place...
Read moreThis was my first time ever trying the place, which recently opened up.
The atmosphere was great. They did a beautiful job renovating the building. I really love the outside seating. It’s cute, small, and easily accessible. Bathrooms were clean, which I always appreciate for a busy place. Service was nice and the staff was friendly.
I only ordered a chai latte and it was good. I really enjoyed it and would ordered again.
I ordered one of each flavored macaroon, so six in total. Those were not good. The texture was fine but none of them had a good depth of flavor. The most noticeable flavor was from the chocolate one. They also tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for an extended period of time. You could very clearly tell they were not fresh. I would not buy them again.
I would go back and order something else, and try and see if the other pastries and food items were good.
Update: I came back and ordered croissants, coffee, and a tomato basil tart. The croissants weren’t soft but the flavor was okay, coffee was good, and the tart looked good but it was filled with cheese. It was far too...

I've been to Birmingham location many years ago and just recently visited their pastry stand they had for Flower Day at Eastern Market. Every choice was spectacular. So this was our 1st time to the Keego Harbor location. We arrived at 8pm on Sat evening and it was quite busy but their were still tables available. The dining area, counters and behind counters were extremely clean. All the employees were friendly and busy cleaning, stocking drink cooler and assisting customers. Looks like they have a great hard working staff.
We chose 3 desserts and a pistachio latte. We chose the Tropézienne dessert, the Chocolate croguant and our last choice was decided by Fernanda who took our order. We asked her for her 3 favorites as her eyes lit up! Since Fernanda said that she has tried all the desserts, we trusted her decision and found one of her favorite was also our favorite, the Lemon tart. 💛 Tropézienne was 2nd favorite, Thank you, Fernanda for the excellent service and recommendations and we will be returning to try your other...
