My goodness, I can NOT say enough great things about ClearView and Steve , the owner, Who personally came to my home this morning. The MiracleMan Steve finally fixed my home theater which had been without sound for almost 2 years. I had hired another audio firm, and the other guy has been to my home about 10 separate visits, and I also had Comcast here about 10 different times…. A revolving door of frustration. This scenario chewed up about 40 hours of my life dealing with all of that. I was almost ready to throw in the towel and give up altogether when my husband just happened to be driving down Orchard Lake Road last week and noticed this business. No One had recommended Clearview to us, but I do believe that God intervened.I say that because Steve is in my eyes, an audio angel. This other firm I was dealing with kept blaming Comcast for taking away parts and pieces to my home theater system, when they had come to do updates and put in new boxes, each time they were here, I would call Comcast up and after waiting a half an hour online, they would send always someone new and always a little bit wet behind the ears, and inevitably they would have me walking with them all throughout the house and then eventually outside, trudging through the snow in the winter time, to make sure all cable lines were secure and things like that which never was part of the problem . No cable guy ever had any idea on how to handle any of it. Then my guy other audio guy I used before discovering ClearView would come back, fiddle around another few hours, Blame Comcast, leave, and the cycle would continue without resolve. I was ready to throw in the towel and was sick of writing checks to this other firm that talked a big game but never fixed anything! From the moment that I opened the door this morning to Steve, I finally felt hope. I thought it would take me three hours to explain all the different people that had been here and the more complicated mess they had left me with, and within five minutes of being here, Steve had it completely working!!!!! I’m still in shock. I’m over joyed and just so full of gratitude. Thank you. THANK YOU.!!! The other firm was trying to talk me into a several thousand dollar device that I didn’t need. Steve is honest, brilliant, hard-working, but better yet I just really appreciated his “I CAN FIX IT” attitude and he did! Steve didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will be sure to use him again with full installation of everything at my next new home. Steve has been in business a long long time and he takes great pride in his business and his employees. They're arrogant and don't really want/care about the business. I spoke to Mike about buying $7000 worth of equipment on two different occasions. I wanted to audition some floor standing speakers and advised him I wanted to hear them in 2 channel and 5.1, while explaining I watch just as many movies. He kind of apathetically explained he only has them hooked up in 2 channel. I went on to say that wouldn't do me much good because the 2 channel is only part of the story. "Well, I guess I could wheel something in to the other room..." Detecting reluctance and experiencing push back, I told him to forget it and he gave me a canned sorry it didn't work out. I recently purchased a new amplifier and speakers from Clearview Electronics and had a great experience. I was able to listen to the speakers with the songs of my choosing to make sure they had the right sound. This was a relaxed, low pressure environment so I was able to take my time in deciding.
