I believe they are all hard working humans and I love them for it thank you for coming in and taking care of our meals.
Now I do Strongly believe a manager or high up employees need to come and help them out, and fix the computers, mops bathrooms better supporting shoes give them upgrades and better stuff to work with you need to take care of your hard working employees! The app is very useful but it needs to be updated and fixed because apps are not working properly at this location in Keizer but the employees are very sweet and caring they are always nice here and I need you to take care of them because they WORK VERY HARD THANK YOU! They care about ALL CUSTOMERS THAT WALK THROUGH THE DOORS & their community! and company!. They have always supported the customers and I’ve seen kind people working hard here so please come help they and hear what they need! A 23 year old customer and I’ve seen a lot of good people working hard here so take care of them thank you 🫶🏽

For the drive through the crew I've always gotten is friendly, curious and always offer sauces, and seem to not be dead inside which in reality is pretty great thing to have in the drive through on the way to work or coming home from work. You don't really want get your food for your meal and have your day or evening start out in mud town because someone working the drive through is having a bad day. I've not had that experience here. I would rate the drive through experience here tip top when compared to McDonald's, Taco bong, or anything else close by especially the Dairy Queen. Read moreI came to this establishment with a specific order. It was the first meal I've eaten since my husband passed away 4 days prior. No lettuce no onions. I got my order home and it was wrong. I graciously called the store and informed them. I wasn't angry. I wasn't. I'm in the industry and know things happen. The a$$that took my call said what do you want for free because I'm too busy to talk to you. I want you to listen to customers and specific orders. I want you to know that people suffer losses beyond your knowledge, and crazy memories like fast food restaurants remind survivors of good times. I want to not be crying right now because I feel more sorry for you than me, at least I have a sense of compassion for strangers. I will never frequent your establishment again.
