Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Keizer

So disappointed... 😡 We stopped going here awhile ago because they mess up our order every time. Every. Single. Time. You have ONE job... Make the food / treats as they're ordered. I do not understand it.

Anyway we decided to give them another chance tonight after about a year of staying away, hoping things had improved. Sorely mistaken!!!!! And its a HUGE bummer because we don't eat ice cream very often, so when we do its a big treat for the kids. So being let down on our special treat night is really lame!!! 😡 Especially when we drop $20 on some ice cream.

So here's what happened tonight: After waiting in the drive through for over 20 mins, we ordered 4 blizzards. Simple orders. 3 of the 4 were messed up!!!! 3 out of 4!!!!! First one was an Oreo Blizzard without any Oreo. It was just vanilla ice cream. How on earth do you forget the Oreo in an Oreo blizzard?!? Lol. I'm laughing because its so freaking ridiculous. Second issue was that we ordered TWO of the new Guardian blizzards and they gave us one. Both were on the receipt. Both were paid for. After making a second one, I realized BOTH of them were white. We ordered them with added cocoa fudge so the base icecream should be brown/chocolate. We even PAID an extra $1.40 for the cocoa fudge. So she took them back and remixed some cocoa fudge in them. Anyway, by the time we sat there an additional ten mins and got our order fixed, the blizzards were soup. All the extra mixing and the time it took totally melted them. But I decided I would just get home and put them in the freezer. The guy behind me was getting visibly pissed so I just left. I was not credited anything for the inconvenience. We paid full price.

Wait... It gets BETTER.... So a little later after the blizzards hardened in the freezer a bit, we sit down to eat the blizzards that I went to get 1.5 hours ago (I left my house at 830pm). It is now 10pm. Still soupy but whatever... Kids need to get to bed... So we start to eat our soupy blizzards.... THEN my son says "where's the cookies?!?" THEY FORGOT THE MAIN INGREDIENT IN HIS GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY BLIZZARD. Are you KIDDING ME!?!?!? The "bookies" (brownie cookie bites) are the main event of that blizzard. How do you forget them?!? Wth!!?!?!?!? I dumped the whole thing into a bowl to search for the pieces. Not one. Not a single one ..... So disappointing. Not to mention my son is insulin-dependent and he had insulin to cover the carbs in that blizzard... The carbs couldn't be accurate if one of the main ingredients was missing. Thankfully he noticed it. That could have been dangerous. You could have caused him an overdose by not properly making his blizzard. 😡 shame on you. Again... You have ONE job!

Dairy Queen Keizer.... You guys failed epicly tonight. EPIC fail!!!! And I've called you 8 times and you never answer. Convenient for you isn't it? Lol. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow. We want our money back!!!!!

We will drive to Salem DQ from now on. We love DQ and they never mess up at the other ones. I don't know what it is about this location and your workers screwing up every single time. I really hope you address this issue. It's gotta be horrible for business.... I know you lost us as customers. And judging by some of these comments you've lost...

I visit this location very frequently as it's near my house but the service during recent visits is making me never want to return. I stopped through on Sunday night and there were no cars in the drive through. As I said, I go to this location a lot and I mostly see the same employees working and they pretty much know my order by now. The employee at the window told me they were out of one item in my order and asked what I wanted instead, I gave him my substitution and card. The total seemed oddly high so I checked the receipt and he heard me wrong when I ordered. When confronted, he said he made no mistake and that's what I asked for. I told him what I had said and he became argumentative so we went inside to present the receipt and wait for the food. I showed another employee the receipt and tried telling him that there was a simple mistake made when ordering and I just wanted the overcharge refunded. He took my receipt and walked to the back. When he returned he handed my bags and told me to have a good night. Nothing was said about the overcharge and we still didn't have our drinks. I told him we were missing drinks and he had a different employee get them. He gave me two mediums when I paid for one large and one medium. By this point I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave and didn't care about the money but I looked in the bags and NO SAUCE. I would understand if it was a one time mistake, they're all young and I have worked in fast food so I totally get it. But this is a super frequent problem. Multiple items are forgotten, the staff is rude and they never apologize when mistakes are made. Management needs to step up and either offer better training or hire better employees. To top the whole experience off, the food we got most recently made us extremely sick. I don't plan...

Order the 4 piece chicken strip basket With cheesecurds instead of fries. Up on delivery, there was 2 pieces half a slice of toast. And onion rings Didn't even get the country gravy. That was supposed to come with it can I order.. I tried calling the store back when I started complaining. The young man who claimed to be a manager hang up on me. So I ended up calling doordash to get a refund on my order. I will never go to that store again. And these kids think they deserve fifteen dollars an hour I don't think so. Would not be such a big deal if I wasn't deathly Allergic two onions so my sixteen dollars that I paid for doordash I couldn't even eat my food because of the onion rings being in the same box with the chicken.. I tried taking the food back to the store. And the young man who claimed to be the manager. What's this was on the night of January 20 first, around 9:30 PM. See that she might be part of the issue and acted like he didn't care. So much for paying Just over sixteen dollars for food I couldn't even eat. I will never go to that store again. And I will recommend to all my friends in keizer That they stay away from dairy queen. On top of that, the chicken strip basket was supposed to be on sale for $6,99 and was charged $10 Something on top of the DoorDash charge, which was 6. Something might order was almost seventeen dollars. I will be emailing corporate about this store. Cause from my understanding. There's always been issues with the start, especially in the last year or 2. Is kids wanna make their fifteen dollars an hour they need to...
