ordered online got there pick it up. Order wasn’t ready I seen one of the 6 inch sandwiches that I ordered was sitting on the counter exposed well the young man that was working there was making three other sandwiches for somebody that walked in just before I walked in the door, my order was supposed to be ready at 8 PM. I was there at 7:58 PM, the 6 inch was a Turkey. It had to send slices of turkey on the sandwich that was it and cheese foot-long was supposed to been a Philly. I watched him put the meat and cheese on the bread and he was getting ready to put it in the oven when I ask him to put the onions and bell peppers on it, he told me they were out and then he went to start stick it in there still I should know I do not want a Philly without the peppers and onions , I looked at the vegetables and seen they were out of several different items. When I asked for my money back he got rude. I told him to call his manager because I was not leaving without a receipt showing the order was canceled. He told me I had to cancel it online. There’s no way to cancel an order online once it’s been paid for , he called his manager. She came in. She look like she might’ve been 18 years old if that she was very rude and aggressive to she told me I had to cancel the order online. I told her my phone I said there’s no place on here if you could find it and show me how to do it she then went to her cash register and voided the order I will never return to the store again if if this is the way the store is going to be run this is not the first time this is happened. It happened a year ago so I quit going to it then decide to give it another shot. Big mistake. It’s still ran the same way they run out of product and they try to say it’s because they did not get all of their order. Finally got there and they were finished making them the way he was trying to make them with no vegetables on them. I would not have known until I got home. Read moreHOLY CRAP! Subway hit a homerun with their employee Juan!! This is not a joke! He is an overqualified customer service-orientated sandwich maker who up-sold me on his sandwich making skills. I was originally only there to buy my daughter a sandwich; and I’m glad I made the purchase! I’ll save you the details on how I’m a health freak with a strict diet. Just know that I gave him a less than typical order and he went the extra mile to make sure that my sandwich has tensile strength and that the amount of everything i requested was done to my request. I’ve been in the USMC, worked in schools with special needs kids, construction, sales, multiple odd jobs while in college, and I’ve been a cop for 16 yrs while also being a small business owner. Even though it was less common in the Marine Corps and law enforcement, in every one of my past jobs I have come across people who were not mission driven with the underlying goal to contribute to their customer and their organization at the highest level. Read moreEdit 5/6/24 - Rude service that rushed me through my order and did a terrible job assembling my sandwich. She ran out of mayo, so instead of refilling it or getting a fresh one from the back she just spurted the tiny bit that was left and then asked me twice what other sauces I wanted. She only put 6 slices of roast beef on the footlong which to me is completely unacceptable. The green peppers had onions all in them and I'm allergic to onions but I love green peppers. The lettuce was brown and wilted for the most part. The only positive I have for this latest experience is the store was pretty clean. I'm not going back there until they hire people who can at least think for themselves and assemble a simple sandwich.
Don't order online! They apparently hate that and the sandwich will reflect that. My sandwich from my most recent order was a total mess. Wrong cheese, I said no onions and no tomato and they apparently didn't get the memo, all the sauce was focused on a 4" section of the sandwich and it had a musty taste to it, the amount of meat wasn't right and finally the bread wasn't good at all.
