This is a mixed review. I love Odd Moes! However, Saturday, I ordered pizza,chicken,salad &dessert. I live alone. It was a lot of food. I did not get to the pizza until very late and a couple of margaritas later. Well the pizza was raw! Awful! Next day I couldn't bring myself to try it again. Well, today, I took it out and heated it in the microwave, terrible! I don't like to complain...but I called. I explained to the employee, he said he would have the manager call back in a few minutes. I waited over an hour, then I called asked for the manager. After a long lecture about not calling the same day, and telling me how great her new ovens work, and arguing with me, she finally agreed to replace the pizza. I even sent it back with the driver. And as I told her, I've been a long time regular customer and never had a complaint, never had a reason to complain! I believe there should have been no reason for her to hassle me or question the truthfulness my complaint. A good customer deserves good customer service. I will seriously consider this treatment before I purchase another pizza at that location. This experience really left a bad taste in my mouth! (No pun intended! Just angry!🤨) The salad was great! Read moreI have been wanting to try this pizza for a few months, they are a little pricy but I wanted to give it a chance.
Ordered, paid, and was told it would be an hour to deliver. 2 and a half hours later I call the restaurant and ask for a status on my delivery, I get told they are busy, only have a few drivers, and will get to my order as soon as they can, hopefully within the next 30 minutes to an hour.
I asked the worker if there was any option for a potential compensation, maybe a coupon for next time etc since they emailed me a receipt with a time set for an hour away for delivery and now I'm being told over 3 hours before I would get the pizza that was ordered for family dinner. The worker almost chuckled and said they don't offer compensation, they are a busy pizza place and customers understand that, that I could only request my order be canceled and they would begin a refund where I would get my money back in my account within a week or two.
Not pleased with service, if they were that busy I should have been told from the beginning to plan a different dinner, not find out the time quoted would be tripled and there was not even a sorry for the delay, I got a yea, well, were busy, you will get it...
Read moreGood pizza just had a bad experience this time. I ordered a pizza for pickup and The lady told me 20 min till it was ready. I showed up 23 minutes later and paid then she said it'll be 7 more minutes. Ok still not too big of deal even though she increased the time 50% from what she told me originally. I go back out to my car because I left my kid in there to make things easy. I waited with my daughter for 8 minutes and went back in. Stood there for a few minutes before she said they are about to cut it up. 8 minutes more and I finally had the pizza in hand. Over 40 minutes for what I was told would be 20. If this was my first time there I would never go back and give one star. I've been there before and not had a problem so they get the 3. If employees get to read or know about this just know same as you people's time is important and for punctual people that manage time wisely that was terrible customer service. Again, good...
