This location was my third Starbucks visit within 45 mins due to my drink being made incorrectly at two previous locations. I was hesitate of coming to this location because I had previously had a bad experience maybe 3 weeks prior but I did. So this time around I decided it would probably be a good idea to ask how they make their iced black teas so that I can be more specific in ordering in the future to avoid the hassle of having to get it remade. While ordering the girl seemed annoyed (almost unwilling) with having to answer my questions. I ordered a venti iced black tea with honey and a little splash of soy. I explained to the girl that the drink I'm wanting remade tasted super diluted and mostly like water and that the cup was filled half way with soy and that I just wanted a little splash of soy. I made that very clear. When I pull up to the window, I'm not greeted for a good minute. It wasn't busy, I was the only car in line. But being a barista myself I understood how it gets sometimes and didn't really take that to heart. I get my tea and again it has soooo much soy. Half the cup looked filled with it. I told the girl "ooooh I only wanted a little splash of soy" in which she rudely snaps back "That is a splash of soy!" Being that this was the third location I visited within 45 mins and her unprofessional, rude attitude, I sighed and said under my breath "whatever" and no sooner after she hands me my drink, she slams the window before I even have my arm back in my vehicle. I immediately call the store and speak with the manager, Jessica, and tell her what had just happened and she tells me "Well maybe she reacted that way because you seemed annoyed" EXCUSE ME? Literally couldn't believe that the store manager said that. I work at a well known coffee shop as well and I would never in a million years say that. I would understand that response if I was being irate and disrespectful but I was calm the whole time. Annoyed yes, but calm. I told her regardless of if I looked annoyed or not, that behavior was rude and unacceptable. She tells me "Well I guess I can talk to her" You guess you can talk to her, Jessica? Unacceptable. It's sad because this location is so close to where I live. Working in coffee isn't for everyone and these baristas need to find a new calling because this definitely isn't it....
Read moreI’m still waiting for a simple Grande Black. They told me it would be about four minutes and I understand the process! I do! Yet, now, there is a line of 10-11 people waiting, and I’m still waiting to be called for a simple black coffee. Only high scores because I enjoy their product and it’s close to work. Nice people. HORRIBLE wait time. Update - one of their baristas just rolled her eyes at me because I asked for my coffee. Time is now 1039am. No one told me to pick up a coffee at the cash register - she said pick it up at the end of the counter with my second drink. Leslie not only rolled her eyes at me and gave me a bad attitude, but I left with this cup in this condition. Customer service unacceptable. Thanks for attempting to “make the next one on you” with a cad, but because of her attitude and the state of this coffee, I will rarely walk in any more....
Read moreLove my local Starbucks!! ❤️ ☕ The drinks are consistently good and the service is friendly. Even when we've had a mess-up to our order, they always handle it. This just happened recently - two back to back mess-ups in one day actually 🙈 - due to staffing issues / overworked employees. The shift supervisor (Emily) was very kind and apologized and remedied the issue to my satisfaction. Top notch customer service!!!
People are humans, not robots. Mistakes happen. But how they are handled is what counts! ❤️ Starbucks wins with their customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are lacking this in so many establishments these days. I'm so grateful that Starbucks continues to set the standard for...
