My visit 06-09-24 It looks like I have not done a recent review of Arby's Wallprice road and 377 Denton highway, I've been in this location twice! After our last experience where my friend made me drive back to ask if it was ok to visit this location. I was almost afraid to go back after that experience, I am glad I did not write a bad review. My friend just informed them on how they should respond to customers.
Well WOW! Arby's or whomever purchased or changed employees whatever at this location certainly deserves this review, while my friend has yet to go inside the location at Denton hey Wallprice yet, something changed! I could not get into the second door into the Arby's without being greeted with! HI! HOW ARE YOU TODAY! This is exactly what my friend was expecting originally when the first bad experience occured. If you think Arby's is not taken they're business seriously you should visit this location again. While I was almost afraid to try again this was a very pleasant surprise to go back to find in two separate visits after the new friendly faces were there. If I could have taken names I would have. About 4:pm around what's usually business decline these guys were working hard, especially the lady who prepared our order. I could not help over hear one employee say we are doing double orders, will come to find out she was on track and all was well. She took all the pressure well in all the heat of the buisness. Wow they have a positive team to get through all this on a busy Saturday!
Visit this Arby's they will be there waiting for you with a friendly new atmosphere.

I don’t know her name, but the young lady with blonde hair working the drive thru window was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in a drive thru. I’ve been through plenty of drive thrus in my life, and I’ve never been treat with such disrespect. She had an awful attitude when she took my money. I gave her exact change, so there was nothing hard there! She had the biggest scowl on her face. I had been nothing but nice to her, and did not appreciate the attitude I was receiving. When she brought our bag of food to the window, I kindly asked if I could please have some Arby’s sauce and ketchup. She shoved the bag out the window at me and very rudely said “I’ve already put it in the bad!!” Then slammed the window shut. After she slammed the window shut she looked back at me with a condescending smirk. This was not only uncalled for, it was unprofessional and quite frankly I was very irritated by her attitude and unprovoked actions towards me. By the way there was NO KETCHUP IN THE BAG!! Your fries are disgusting without ketchup!! I tried to call every number I could find for this location online so I could speak to the manager about my experience immediately following the incident, but how convenient for y’all that none of the numbers were working. Overall Very poor ratings hopefully will be noted by someone in authority. My experience follows. Terrible experience June 8 at 7:00 using the drive in window. Waited almost 30 minutes to place the order with only two cars in front of me then an additional 20 minutes to get to the pickup window. Was advised when order was placed the cost would be $22.57 but when I got to the window I was informed the cost was $25.57. When I looked at the receipt after paying the $25.57 it shows $22.57. The employee deliberately overcharged. They also had the pickup window partially blocked but I could still see the filth in the food preparation area. Food tasted okay but staff failed to include requested sauce. I contacted the customer service phone number on the receipt and left a detailed message but have not received a return call.
