This place today the staff did not say hi to anyone when u came in the door or when it was time to order your food. Have been to Jersey Mike's many times and have never had a problem until today. The service and food has always been excellent. Today I placed an online order at 4:15 and was given a pick up time of 4:31. We arrived a little early, so no problem in having to wait. The problem is that my son was told to get at the end of the line, even though he was there to pick up a online order. I watched from the window as those who came in after my son, continued to get waited on, and my order did not start getting prepared until everyone else was taken care of. I eventually had to walk into the store to ask what was taking so long. I was told that there were only 2 people working. I understand when businesses are shorthanded. What I don't understand is why my son had to continue to wait. The girl with all of the chains around her neck had a terrible attitude, and to top it all off, my order was prepared incorrectly.
